2021 Chrysler Pacifica review
We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

2022 Chrysler Pacifica review
I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

I was interested in a Nissan NV 2500. Viewing several of these vehicles on cars.com and other sites. I decided to make the trip to Trust Auto in Maryland from West Virginia. About a 4 1/2 hour trip. I had talked to David on the phone to make sure the Nissan was still available and explained when I could be there to look over the vehicle. We made the trip in good time only running into one delay. Upon meeting David he brought the vehicle up to the front of the dealership and told us to inspect it, which is what we did. I had two top mechanic with me. While we knew the vehicle had been in an accident, the repair work was very well done on found a few bolts missing. One in the valance and the other from the inner fender. This could have been from the accident or just from being a service vehicle. A little over 94,000 miles on it. The detail shop did a great job on their work. Very chean for sure. After running the computer test, we took the Nissan NV for a test drive. It did not disappoint. Extremely happy with everything we saw and felt during the test drive. Steering was solid and tracked well. No pull to either side while driving. Throttle response was perfect as well as the braking system. The comfort of the Nissan NV was Avery pleasant surprise. The ride was almost as good as my Lincoln MKZ, almost.😎 Much like a 2006 GMC dually I had in 2007. Very nice. When returning to the dealership myself and the two mechanics talked things over and decided to go to the next step. After a little negotiation we settled on a fair price and made the purchase. David was very kind to us and I feel like we got a great deal. We finished the paperwork and was ready to leave but we were blocked in by another vehicle. I backed back into the parking spot when one of the ladies that worked there said she would move the vehicle so we could be on our way. She came back within a few minutes moved the vehicle and with a big beautiful smile waved goodbye to us as we left. That truly made my day😇. Trust Auto in my opinion is a great dealership and when I need another vehicle, they will be the first ones I will go to. 2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

2023 Honda Odyssey review
This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

After reading reviews and ratings for the top brands of SUV hybrids, shopping around for a few weeks, and then driving each one, I decided on the Honda CR-V. I didn’t have any bad experiences at the various dealerships. (Thank goodness dealerships are clearly making attempts to change their image and processes). Buying a new car has never been a favorite experience for me! But I have to say that my experience was stellar at Heritage Honda, with outstanding assistance from James Whittaker. He was [every positive adjective you can imagine] patient, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, informative, helpful, and conscientious with regard to my time and my budget. I Purchased a 2015 Tacoma TRD PRO on line. I'm 3 1/2 hours away so everything was phone and email. Couldn't have been an easier process. I was sent a video walk around of the truck and the manager pointed out every little rock chip or imperfection. From Wes the Manager to Brian in Finance to Ryan in Sales...Top Notch! I'm like a lot of people that don't like dealing with a car dealer...I've had bad experiences in the past. This was the smoothest, easiest transaction I've ever had at a dealership. The truck was priced fairly and when the shipper delivered it, the condition was exactly as I was told, No Surprises! I would buy from these guys again in a heartbeat. I was looking for a specific make of used car and the only one that I foung that suited my requirements was at Trust Auto. I travelled from Philadelphia to purchase my car. They were unable to negotiate on any of the pricing, but they made up for it by getting me an Uber from the train station to their shop, which made to logistics of the trip so much easier for me. They have a really great selection of fun cars at the facility. The price was very reasonable. The staff was really pleasant to work with, and they had my financing all ready to go. The facility is very pleasant. It is clean, bright and hospitable with a lot of consideration towards operating within modern tech conveniences. I conducted the bulk of my business with them, prior to going to the lot, via text, which I appreciated. I highly recommend buying from this company. My only critique was how long it took to button up all the details and get back on the road. Otherwise, they are great, and I would actually go all the way to Maryland to buy from them again!

Best buying experience I have had in a long time. Found the car online and hashed out the details via text and phone, so when we picked up the vehicle, we were in and out in under an hour. I read some great reviews for Bentley Indianapolis and some not so good, so I got scared...initially we were going to have the car shipped to our house, so I decided going there in person was best. I found the people working there very nice and not pretentious. Our car was in great condition and was exactly what was described online and in the video/photos.

Amazing space inside, yet good road manners - sure footed in bad weather, good handling and sublime ride quality - and everyone smiles when they see it. People coming to an EV for the first time may have range anxiety, but charging is seamless and quick. Controls take some getting used to but still far better than a Model Y/3 with just one screen and two scroll wheels. More than enough room for my very large dog.
