I thought I was writing a review on how well and professional the sales rep’s service, Tim L provided me and I accidently deleted the actual invite of the sale rep survey. I want to make it clear here that Tim L. provided me service that raises the standards of any customer service out there. I haven’t bought a new car in 15 years and Tim L made it easy and stress free. I’m diagnosed with agoraphobia and Tim me feel at ease with the new environment I was in. 2017 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

2022 Chrysler Pacifica review
I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

I visited Gene Pankey Motors after seeing some vehicles on their website that seemed interesting. There was no pressure, everyone was nice, it was a small store and they explained the care they go through to find these cars that it seems would be difficult for a "big dealership" would struggle to do when going through so much more inventory. I would normally be a little bit more skeptical about the little dealerships, especially on South Tacoma Way. They had the best interest rates around, and shopped me with all the best rates at all the credit unions in the area. After making my decision and applying for financing I was approved and able to leave in about 35 minutes to sign all the documents. It was nice not having to spend all day at a dealership. Glad I stopped by this place.
2015 Kia Sedona review
Bought in 2016 with 6000 miles. Not the quietest ride but currently at 125,000 miles and no major issues yet. Only problem was original set of rear tires wore out on the inside edge. The tire shop said Kia had that problem from the factory and he installed a shim kit to make the alignment correct. No problem with that issue since. Mileage is good for a large minivan. At 70 to 80 MPH I get 26 mpg average depending on which state I am buying fuel in. I love being able to switch from Automatic transmition to a manual transmission when going down steep mountain grades. I am actually shopping for a used Kia 2017 to 2020 right now with low miles to replace this one.

2020 Honda Odyssey review
I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

2020 Kia Sedona review
This is the 3rd time We've owned a Kia Sedona. I love that the back seats fold into the floor. It's so roomy. It's perfect for me hauling kids or a ton of comic books when I buy a collection. This one I bought only had 9k miles on it.

2010 Honda Odyssey review
I love my Odyssey! It is so comfortable, the seat is larger than any of the new cars, it comes out to the back of my knees, and I am 5'6", i know that's a strange thing to like, but its important to me. I also like how versatile it is with the e3rd row seats folding into the floor, or makes the well deep enough for storage! Half or the whole way across! Best car I have ever owned!

I went to a few lots before hitting cfac and i absolutely love how they helped me with finding a vehicle for my family and my man who is 6 foot 10. :) i worked with Gene and he is so friendly took care of us like we are family. The stereo does not work in the vehicle so they are putting in a stereo at no cost to me. The vehicle is spacious and roomy just what we needed. 2020 Honda Odyssey review
We have had 2002, 2004, and now have 2010 and 2020 Odyssey vans.The Odyssey is extremely reliable. With proper maintenance will last in excess of 200,000 miles. We sold the 2004 at 230,000+ miles, and it was still running great. The 2010 we have is approaching 170,000 miles. We are two 80-year-olds; we just like having plenty of space to carry things.

We negotiated an extra fee to take care of some scratches in the paint and his body guy did a fantastic job. We also purchased some new door remotes and found out that they were not able to be user programmed, so Sean brought out his kit and ran the process to program both new remotes. 2018 Ford Transit Connect review
I needed a new work vehicle immediatly. The Transit Connect filled my needs. A no frills work vehicle. Comfortable, with outstanding gas mileage. more suited for my work than a previously owned E-150 cargo van.
