Tyler Franco help me so much. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in & helped me to decide which vehicle was beneficial for my needs. He took his time to show me each vehicle I liked, therefore I decided on purchasing a new 2025 Kia Sportage.

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

AMAZING MPV!! Bought 2022 SX Prestige with captain chairs in May 2021. Had 175,000 miles and drove like new. Only did Oil changes/tire rotations and filters (easy to change by yourself) and new tires 2x and a new battery at 150k was all I had to Maintenance. Was very spacious for up to 4 adults but too small for 7 adults. My last one was a total loss but would love another one. Was awesome in snow with all weather tires.

This car is great for traveling around town with a lot of big dogs. Space for crates, not a high step for dogs, great fuel efficiency!

Short Story: These guys are the real deal and exemplify what used car dealerships should be. Long Story: Myself (fellow salesman 7+ years) and my father (mechanic 30 years) are probably the most difficult customers to deal with when it comes to buying cars. Kevin and Dan "put up with us" :) and aided us throughout the entire buying process, as I was buying out of state and had been burned by used car dealers before. Yes, every dealer has some sort of "fees" (certification/documentation), but BOTH were lower than the local BMW dealership as I have both quotes in front of me as I am writing this. (In reference to the few negative reviews): If you cannot figure out that "$2,000 down" or "$2,000 trade-in" will show you a different sales price than the bottom line of the vehicle, y'all need to do more homework. I had a great experience with Discount Auto. I bought a used Volvo that was inspected, had new wipers, new tires, pretty new battery, and they threw in an alignment when I mentioned there was a wobble as I did a test drive. The entire staff was so friendly, even though I was there at the end of their Saturday hours. When I couldn’t get a ride to pick up the car during their weekday hours, they brought the car to me, an hour away! I will buy from Bill again, he is very kind and his staff is above par with their accommodations!

Having problems with the driver side, side door and rear door. Rear door is coming down when you are still standing under it. Side door won't close,or unlock properly.

Friendly sales staff. Ken Montgomery helped me complete the sales but the other staff members were also very helpful.
