An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

My recent experience at Parkway Honda was mixed, but because of the follow-up care that I received, my rating is 5 stars. I brought my mom's car in for a regular service on a Thursday feeling lucky that I was able to get an immediate appointment. The mechanics could not finish the job and I was asked to return the next morning which I did. I was offered Uber service, but chose to wait for the car. After 3 1/2 hrs, Nick, the service advisor, offered me a courtesy car remembering that I mentioned an appointment I had to be at that afternoon. He was exceptional in his interactions with me in every way. I accepted the car which was a new Pilot. Very nice. Here's where it gets good. I damaged the car. James, the service manager, carefully explored repair options, preventing me from paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket for repairs. Huge relief! So, while I was bummed that a regular service on Mom's car took 2 days and the use of a loaner car, I credit Nick for making the experience bearable, even pleasant. He was courteous, empathetic and accommodating. I was additionally so bummed to have damaged the loaner, and I credit James for working in my best interest to solve the repair issue and with efficiency, kindness and professionalism. Could have gone very differently. I have been bringing Mom's car there for years, and will continue to give them my small, but loyal business. Feeling grateful for Nick and James at Parkway Honda.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

When I first walked in, Brandenn and Harshene were very welcoming and professional, very upfront, fully transparent salesmen (and that’s hard to find) if I could find better words than “above and beyond” it wouldn’t do what they did for my family justice. Imperial Toyota has never failed to meet my expectations, not only in sales but in service, as well. The dealership is one that is knowledgeable, helpful and fair. The recent service was fabulous in that the representative, Curtis Jones, explained all that needed to be addressed at that time and explained that other maintenance needs that will be upcoming in the future. I would not hesitate to refer this dealership in a heartbeat!

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

If you are looking for a vehicle that gets good gas mileage and long range then the Toyota Hybrid is for you. On the open road you can get over 35 miles to the gallon and go slightly over 500 miles on a tank of gas.

Freddy was easy to work with and made it a great experience. Freddy also interacted with my son and my son gained some knowledge as this is his first time. I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

My wife and I have had wonderful experience buying the new RAV4 XLE 2022 from Westboro Toyota. Ricky was the first salesperson with whom we discussed the need for a new car. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful and explained everything that we need to know about the new car buying process very patiently. We had to wait for more than 2 months to get the car with the color of our choice. Whenever I called him or texted him, we have received responses which encouraged us to wait patiently. 3 days ago, we have received a call from BB, a genuinely nice, knowledgeable, and respectful salesperson or manager who explained to us the availability of the Car with the color of our choice. We have had friendly conversation with BB and the Finance Manager, and we got the car in 2 days after completing all works related to Car buying. It has been a wonderful experience.
