2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

2017 Chrysler Pacifica review
Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

I took my 19 yo grandson there to look at a car I found online that I thought he would like, as he was looking to upgrade. We had an appointment with Mark Robinson. When we got there, things went very smoothly. My grandson bought the car and loves it! Mark was FANTASTIC and everyone seemed very nice. There was a pleasant feeling and vibe from everyone. We drove 2.5 hours to get there and would Totally do it again. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. The value was good for the car. I have no complaints. I see some of the lower rated complaints are that they had an appointment and got there in the car had been sold. I fully understand why vehicles are not held and told my grandson before we even left that they won’t hold it if somebody comes in and wants to buy it right then. The fact that people expect to hold an item when you may or may not show up or may show up and then decide you don’t like it. It’s not comfortable for you, etc.. If you’re not lacking in common sense issues, The dealership scores a five all the way around. I cannot say enough good things about Mark Robinson. He went above and beyond. Sheila Dorn
2022 Chrysler Pacifica review
I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

I have the greatest experience at Generation Nissan. I never been in a dealership that care about me making the right decision and that make sure that I was happy and certain with my choice instead of just pushing a vehicle like other dealerships. From the moment that I got there I was welcome by the General Manager Luis Martinez, he make me feel welcome like if I was just visiting a friend. He redirect me to a sales staff member Nicole, which she was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and went thru all my options to choose features of the cars and why should I choose any of the types of the vehicles depending on my needs. One thing that I was blowing and so thankful. It's that she treated me like a human, I was currently struggling with some personal issues and probably was reflecting in my face, but she was making sure that I was ok and happy with any choice that I made if I yet to choose a car, and not just trying to just push a car to me to make the sale. Meanwhile Luis was working with the financial team to provide me multiple options according to my financial situation and best deal since I was trading in my 2018 chevy Equinox. He worked with me to make sure that I got what I wanted in terms of how much I want it to pay monthly and not go over my budge. He worked great rewards to me my needs and I was able to choose a beautiful Nissan Rogue Rock Creek. Another asked from me was that I need it the SUV to have a hitch, so he say that was no problem that they will order it and installed there. They ordered that day and after 2 days I was called to bring the vehicle for the installation. The service staff member Eric took care of me, and besides that they said the installation was going to take 3 hours, I was in and out before 2 hours. I don't know how this dealership was before Luis Martinez took over since he mentioned that he just have been there for a couple of months, but I can say that my experience thru leasing my new Nissan Rogue was great, I never been in a dealership that took care of me like they did. I was not just a client that they were trying to push a car to it, I was a person that they walk me thru making a choice that I was certain and happy with, regardless if I got a car or not. 2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

Driving on the first leg of our trip home from western PA in our 2016 Flex, the battery charge light came on almost immediately. We drove about 260 miles to our stop for the night on Sunday. We had watched the warning light stay on and then go off for a while and then come back on. We had another 340 miles to go on Monday but our son advised us not to go before getting it checked since it appeared to be the alternator and the car could stall on our way if we tried. We were expecting a snowstorm on Tuesday at home in NH so we were searching for a place that could take care of us on Monday. We settled on Key Ford as our only chance. We ended up dealing with Service Advisor, Brian Kozuck, and he indicated they would do their best to get us on the road by the end of the day. Brian kept us informed as they diagnosed the problem (it was the alternator which was bench tested and failed) and worked on replacing it. All looked like it would be finished by 5pm closing but at the last minute things were not checking out. The replacement alternator was not putting out the required amperage. It was 5pm and looking like another 2 nights at the hotel so we could drive home after the storm. Brian offered to drive me back to the hotel and we started out. About 5 minutes into the drive he got a call from his mechanic who indicated he had found that a ground wire had burnt out and they could take care of it. He thought this would take care of the problem so we turned around and went back. They continued to work, making new ground wire and putting things back together. Almost an hour and a half later (well past the 5pm closing time for the shop) the car was fixed. We were able to drive home Monday night and beat the storm that dumped 8" of snow on Tuesday. We can't thank Brian and the mechanics at Key Ford enough for working beyond closing time and helping us get home ahead of the snow!! THANK YOU BRIAN AND YOUR TEAM!!
2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.
