An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

Made an out of state purchase with Carma Auto of a truck I found on Cars.com. Dealt with Ali who was very helpful. He provided videos, pictures and anything else I requested in the days prior to the actual deal. I made a 3.5 hr trip to their location to pick the truck up. All the paperwork was ready and waiting when I arrived. Very positive experience.

I purchased my 15 passenger for my daycare and it was a phenomenal vehicle. The kids loved going in field trips and it was the perfect size for all of us with a couple added parents. I would recommend this vehicle!

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

Meets my needs. Wish the back wings opened. Needs more USB ports. One thing I really don't like is the fact the engine shuts off when stopped for traffic lights.

I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

This is the second time purchasing from this dealership. Price was reasonable and customer service was excellent. The sales rep Sean Ali was accommodating and patient and Roxanne from Finance was transparent with the costs. Again, customer service at this dealership is excellent at all aspects including the service department. Will go to this dealership again should I need to purchase another vehicle.

My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

If you are looking for a vehicle that gets good gas mileage and long range then the Toyota Hybrid is for you. On the open road you can get over 35 miles to the gallon and go slightly over 500 miles on a tank of gas.

I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

I informed my sales manager, Mike Prati, who was AMG certified what I wanted from a car. He was the FIRST auto dealership manager who listened when I told him exactly what I wanted my car. Mr. Prati knew more about Mercedes than I could have read in magazines, Car Werk, Edmunds, YouTube etc. He explained the different variables of each model with and pros and cons. He directed me to the E class 450 sedan for a test drive. I personally could not have found the car without his background and experience. I bought the Mercedes pre-owned and certified. What made the dealership a phenomenal experience was how everyone listened and were respectful. Often, customers are talked to which happened at another dealership I walked out of two weeks prior. The goal: sell you something you don’t want. Not at the Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria. Later, I required work on the car. In lieu of calling the Service department I contacted Mike Prati. Who does that? I did. He immediately sent a tow truck, introduced me to a service assistant and I sat back as arrangements were made for a loaner. Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria was organized, cooperative and I had details regarding my car in less than 24 hours. The general manager, which people never see at dealership, called me. He wanted to be sure all departments were working together and I was satisfied. I actually think this dealership off of Pickett Rd in Alexandria has the finest employees. Great attitude. Thorough. Buying a Mercedes? I recommend Mike Prati to sell you one at MB of Alexandria.
