Used Volkswagen Atlas for sale near Elgin, SC

I have never really had a great experience purchasing a vehicle, so when I made an appointment to see Kevin “Soupy” Campbell at Carolina Volkswagen to discuss a used vehicle I saw online in their inventory, I did not get my hopes up high. I honestly came to my appointment with expectations to be disappointed. My credit was not superb, and I knew that I was upside down in my Jeep Patriot. Kevin assured me that he was going to take care of me regardless of the outcome. He was so friendly and personable and the staff was so accommodating. They made sure my son had a snack and I had my caffeine  Kevin introduced me to Christina Bartolotta, the General Manager. She was downright amazing! Upon my arrival, not knowing who she was, she complimented my hair and her smile and demeanor was so genuine. The title of “General Manager”, would make you assume that this person would be too important to have a casual conversation with you or to give you a compliment in passing, but she changed that myth I had in my mind forever. She couldn’t have been more helpful. When Kevin aka Soupy advised that a new VW Tiguan was in the works for me, I couldn’t believe it! The General Sales Manager, Ernetso Bonita, worked his magic and presented me with some numbers that I could afford for this new vehicle. Ernetso and Christina both stayed late to ensure that my financing went through. They worked extremely hard over the phone with the lender to make sure all t’s were crossed and I’s were dotted. Any questions I had, they all answered before departing. I walked out of the dealership feeling accomplished and secure. There was no buyer’s remorse! I absolutely LOVE my Tiguan and this experience has left me a VW girl for life! I only have plans to purchase from Carolina Volkswagen, PERIOD! Thank you Kevin, Christina, and Ernetso for making me a believer that purchasing a vehicle can be a wonderful experience! Please see this team of individuals if you are in need of purchasing a car! Only have it six months, bought it spur of the moment! my wife thought i was crazy! I owned Many cars and have a few now this is a good SUV 30 Thousand less than the Audi Q 7 but made the same , only inside and outside different.

I have owned the Atlas SE 2024 for 6 months and loved it 100% the digital controls is like a smart phone, you will get used to it once you know where everything is at. The best car I have purchased in 30 years

Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. Roomy, spacious passenger cabin and cargo bay. Amazing technology. I recommend this vehicle highly. Take a serious look at this one. You wont be disappointed.

I would like to strongly urge anyone in SC/NC/VA/Ga or anywhere else in the world that is looking for a great automobile at a great price to go visit Mike and Terri at Bagwell Auto Sales. They actually do what every franchise dealer says they can do, they (Mike and Terri ) make the buying experience enjoyable! I didn't want to leave! If you ask for an out the door price, they gladly and cheerfully provide it! I had been shopping for a month, Mike's price was about $3000 LESS than the best other price I could find. I have a 2019 Atlas. This car is amazing and mind you I can't kill it. My car has 188,000 miles on it. The drive is smooth and very reliable. It has the room to fit all 5 of my kiddos perfectly and enough room in the trunk to even fit a wonderfold wagon with all the seats up. I highly recommend if you want a good SUV with a lot of room in it

02/02/23 They are the best!! I purchased a 2023 Qx55. I had looking at the car for some time as my old car was a 2018 Grand Cherokee. I was so impressed with the luxury of the car. It drives so good and feels like a glove that just hugs you. It has so many wonderful features and my team that I had: my salesman Brent Bell my GM Steve O'Kane my Service manager Dan Wissinger to all of the staff there. They are the best. So quick to answer my questions ( as i have a lot ). They are truly the best and would recommend them to anyone. Margaret Mohan

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

Drove almost 3hrs to purchase from Rockhill Nissan. They had the best pricing and phenomenal service. Most of the interaction was via phone so they had everything ready for me when I walked through the door.

My atlas has been an excellent car to me. Other than the poor quality factory tires I have had 0 issues. I tow a 4,500lb Coleman with my atlas with minimal stress. It's truly impressive. Most comfortable SUV I could have while still getting 22 MPG when getting groceries.

So my wife and I decided to go to Carolina Volkswagen and check their inventory. Glad we did. Once we arrived at the dealership we got out and started walking around looking at cars. After a few moments a salesman came out an introduced himself. His name was Chris Harmon. Chris turned out to be the consummate professional. We told him our story, and what we were looking for. He listened attentively asked a few more questions then led us over to the Passats. After looking at the New models we walked over to the Certified Pre-owned and there it was, a Passat R-Line w/Comfort Pkg. a really nice car. We took it for a test drive as well as an SUV and fell in love w/the R-Line. The rest is history we chose the R-Line. Through the whole process Chris didn’t try to pressure us or hound us into buying a car. Thank you Chris.

Love my Atlas. The feeling of safe it gives me is irreplaceable so glad I decided to go with this car it has not disappointed.

If Carolina Volkswagen were a Christmas tree, Mr. Donell Richardson is the shiny star on the top of the tree. That is an interest word picture because I don’t know how we could get him fixed to stay up there! He made the entire process of purchasing a car relaxing and enjoyable. Donnell knew the details about the 2012 Toyota Highlander that we purchased and he took time to show us some cosmetic issues that we probably would never have noticed. He impressed my wife and I as a man of honesty and integrity. When we sell the Highlander, Donell is the first call that I will make to purchase another vehicle. As for the Finance Manager, I was ready to go to war with him. When buying a car it is that department that messes up any good deal that a sales person puts together. I was ready for the “hidden costs” and sneaky add-on’s, ready to argue about them. That’s just the way Finance Managers operate, you can’t turn your backs on them! Mr. Chris Gray totally upended my arguing plans! Chris was honest, upfront and,shopped for the best financing deals for us. We were impressed with his “customer first” attitude and his eagerness to work, ensuring that Donell’s deal was honored. If Donell was the star on top of the tree, Chris was the stand. Our 24 Atlas SEL rline premium is more than we expected. The fuel efficiency and premium comfort makes this actually a great value with how expensive some of the other cars are.

Matt always goes the extra mile. He pays attention to what the customer has to say! Matt will make sure the job gets done right!

VERY HAPPY with the car except for the embarrassing horn LOL and the fact that the car is smarter than I am technologically speaking. I'm learning new options all the time.

My Grandmother loves her new Atlas 2.0T, its also easy to get in and out of for Her and Gramps, and great mpg with the 2.0T, and power is very plenty for a tiny engine

Love the size and room. Even the third row is roomy enough for 2 adults with headroom. Comfortable ride with good visibility. I’m enjoying the Atlas SE with v6 and 4 motion

Zach Cuthberson our salesman was great helped us get the Jeep we wanted and at a good price. Keffer Jeep/ Dodge treated us very well and this new addition was the 5th purchased our family made at Keffer. Also the detailing department did a great job having our Jeep ready for delivery.

My sales guy Ken Cooley was a great down to earth guy to work with. He asked me what I was looking for and gave me some great recommendations. This guy went above and beyond for me and my family. We had a an issue where the tires were pretty worn on the used car (we bought it at night and it was hard to tell) and I called customer service for what options I had. I was asking for at least a discount and Ken called me and said “ F that!” And got me into brand new tires. This is my 3rd car purchase and by far I’d recommend anyone to make the drive here because they have guys like Ken taking care of you who really do care. Other than that the buying process was seemless and the place was clean.
