The thing I appreciate most about the Atlas is the room and comfort. It has plenty of power and rides very smooth. The only thing I don't care for is the AC controls being on the infotainment screen. I do like how it looks overall.

BMW Certified Pre-Owned Nashville review
I'm an out of state buyer and was shopping for a BMW X2 for my daughter. Was very impressed with the responses to my questions from Joe the Sales Manager. Ultimately, we chose a different vehicle at another dealership that was closer to us. However, it was a very pleasant experience dealing with them over email and text. Joe answered all of my questions honestly and to my satisfaction. We would have chosen their vehicle/dealership if it hadn't been for a small issue with the out of state sales tax credit policy. But again, they were upfront and honest about this issue. I highly recommend Joe (Sales Manager), Ben (Salesman) and this dealership. Sorry we didn't do business. Thanks.

Kasie Estevez (dealer @carmax) is a godsend. She took everything into consideration. the longevity of the car, the service costs, the insurance and just about everything else you can think of. I came in with a car picked out and money in hand, ready to buy. Easy commission for anyone, but instead she looked out for me and helped me find a better, more reliable, and cheaper car. 10/10

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. Roomy, spacious passenger cabin and cargo bay. Amazing technology. I recommend this vehicle highly. Take a serious look at this one. You wont be disappointed.

Sales personnel were very attentive and helpful. Worked to put an acceptable deal together. Everything was very positive except the wait to complete all the paperwork. This was a cash deal so the 1 1/2 hours to complete the paperwork took as long or longer than a finance deal. This needs to be improved. Otherwise very pleased with the dealership.

I have a 2019 Atlas. This car is amazing and mind you I can't kill it. My car has 188,000 miles on it. The drive is smooth and very reliable. It has the room to fit all 5 of my kiddos perfectly and enough room in the trunk to even fit a wonderfold wagon with all the seats up. I highly recommend if you want a good SUV with a lot of room in it

CarMax Cool SpringsReviews
CarMax Cool Springs review
I both bought and sold a car here recently. My sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic. SOLD: They gave me a very fair price on a 2003 Honda CRV with roughly 180K miles. The process was quick and painless. You do not have to buy a car from them to sell a car to them. I had done my homework before and knew what it was worth and I was offered a price higher than Kelly Blue Book. BUY: Buying a used car was more complicated. It took test driving many and lots of time on their website before I found one that met the very specific details I was looking for. I decided on CarMax because I did have a very specific car in mind that I had not been able to find private seller in the two plus months I'd been looking. Also, my sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic. He spent roughly a month helping me look at cars making calls to other dealerships and coordinating multiple test drives etc. I know having him as a salesperson made a huge difference. I had looked at other dealerships and was treated only like a wallet from the moment I entered. He worked hard to help me find what I needed in a car and was pleasant and respectful the entire time. Not at all the experience I had at other dealerships. With all of the hidden fees etc other places have, carmax was not more expensive. I was glad not to give my money to sketchy people at another place.

I have owned the Atlas SE 2024 for 6 months and loved it 100% the digital controls is like a smart phone, you will get used to it once you know where everything is at. The best car I have purchased in 30 years

2023 Volkswagen Atlas review
My atlas has been an excellent car to me. Other than the poor quality factory tires I have had 0 issues. I tow a 4,500lb Coleman with my atlas with minimal stress. It's truly impressive. Most comfortable SUV I could have while still getting 22 MPG when getting groceries.

Volkswagen of Cool Springs review
This was my second purchase through Volkswagen of Cool Springs. Both times, the salesperson did a great job of matching me to the exact car I was looking for. They did not play the "negotiation game" but rather listened to what I was looking for and gave it to me! I'd highly recommend! And shoutout to Peter, my sales consultant!
2026 Volkswagen Atlas review
While sales noted it has cameras, it is only for backing up, not when parking and looking for a forward camera. Not having either auto fold in mirrors or memory for seat (only available on their most expensive model) turns out to be quite inconvenient. Car is quite comfortable and roomy, especially the 3rd row.

I had a great experience purchasing our car from this dealership. Excellent customer service, patience and flexibility with when I put some the down payment. The whole process was very smooth, no hassles at all. I’d highly recommend this dealership!

VERY HAPPY with the car except for the embarrassing horn LOL and the fact that the car is smarter than I am technologically speaking. I'm learning new options all the time.

CarMax Nashville review
A friend had referred Jack Goodner for me to go see and hopefully find a car. Unfortunately I was looking for some very specific things on my car, and they did not have but I would definitely recommend Jack to any of my friends and I would go back to see him in the future. He was very patient and never made me feel rushed. I think he would've let me test drive 10 cars if I had wanted to.
2025 Volkswagen Atlas review
Such a great overall car. 2.0 turbo, almost beat a sedan BMW in a race..LOL. Very very comfortable, They have ACTUAL HVAC, into the back 3RD row so they aren't always hot or cold. They are very quiet inside or driving around. Smooth like a Lexus. Recommend now my whole family has a ATLAS

Volkswagen of Cool Springs review
Buying my 2026 Atlas from Ricky at VW in Cool Springs was hands‑down the smoothest car‑buying experience I’ve ever had. He was completely hassle‑free — no pressure, no runaround, and absolutely no trying to finagle me into anything I didn’t want. Ricky was straightforward, honest, and genuinely focused on helping me get exactly what I came for. He respected my time, kept everything transparent, and made the whole process feel easy. If you want a stress‑free experience with someone who truly listens, Ricky is the one to see!

2026 Volkswagen Atlas review
I am loving my new Atlas Peak Edition! The drive is smooth, and doesn't lag for a 4cylinder. There is plenty of room for all passengers & the foot space is great. The only few features I wish the car came with is 2 driver preferences, fold in side mirrors, and a better camera. The Camera seems like it is zoomed and the view isn't clear. Other than those few details, the car in my opinion is great!

My wife was in a pretty bad accident. She walked out perfectly safe. The Atlas built like a tank. We went and purchased another one. Went from a 21.5 to a 22. I’m satisfied with it

CarMax Jackson (TN)Reviews
CarMax Jackson (TN) review
I just wanted to comment on how much I like Carmax customer service as a company. I bought me car from Carmax in Nashville Tn about 2 years ago and had great experience. Then few months later I my car started making a noise on the front end. Took back to Carmax in Nashville They put me in a rental car till the next day till they got it fixed... Which was great. They repaired my car free and payed for the rental car. Then April 6th I was traveling thru Jackson Tn and my car started making a terrible noise. I was very concern. Called Carmax in Jackson Tn took my car there they worked me in pretty quick. When they pulled the wheel off the found a pebble had past the dust cover and was rubbing between breaks and rotary. They removed the pebble and all was good. Thank God there was no damaged. Tech put my tire back on and sent me on my way. They didn't charge me nothing.. Thank you

CarMax DothanReviews
CarMax Dothan review
Shopping for new car. Had one shipped from another carmax. Took car for 24hr test drive. Took to Firestone; was showed a badly rusted undercarriage. Returned outback to carmax Dothan. They said they'd have a look at it, that it might be within their specs but not ours. Manager offered to reimburse us the inspection and shipping fee. Can't argue with that. Great customer service.
2019 Volkswagen Atlas review
This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.
