No hassle, no pressure sales experience. We knew right what we wanted and our salesperson didn’t try to talk us into anything else and listened to exactly what we were looking for to get into our new Volkswagen.
2023 Volkswagen ID.4 review
I have many good things to say about the ID.4. I've only owned it for about 500 miles so far, and I'm happy with the performance, comfort, features, and feel of the car. I cannot attest to its reliability given that I haven't owned it for long enough.

Bayshore AutomotiveReviews
Bayshore Automotive review
April is absolutley awesome to work with, from the first time we spoke and through the whole buying process from flying down there, having our jeep shipped to us and still after the delivery. She was either a phone call, a text or email away with any questions or concerns that I had even after hours. Had a very small problem with an insert on the wheels and how it was strapped down by the driver of the shipping company ( nothing April or Bayshore had done) she jumped right in not having to and had a replacement in the mail to us within a day. April Thanks for everything! You rock

Sullivan Buick GMC TruckReviews
Sullivan Buick GMC Truck review
My experience at Sullivan GMC Buick here in Ocala Florida was nothing short of exceptional. Car shopping is typically associated with stress and anxiety, but Sullivan GMC Buick managed to completely redefine the process, making it an enjoyable and even fun experience. Stephen, my salesman, displayed a high level of professionalism and knowledge, ( ok, maybe not “high level” LOL, but he was nice), making sure I was well-informed and comfortable throughout the entire journey. He went above and beyond to cater to my needs and preferences. However, the real standout at Sullivan GMC Buick was Anthony, the finance expert. His expertise and dedication were truly impressive. Not only did he guide me through the financial aspects of the purchase seamlessly, but he also added a touch of delight to the whole process. Anthony's exceptional service deserves special recognition, and I believe he should be duly rewarded for his outstanding performance. Sullivan GMC Buick here in Ocala stands out in the automotive industry for its commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism. If you're in the market for a new vehicle and want a top-tier buying experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Sullivan GMC Buick. Your search for a reliable and enjoyable car-buying experience ends here.

Purchased New VW ID4and love it. Nick the salesman at Ann Arbor Volkswagen was just amazing. Highly recommended purchasing a vehicle there. Ryan the sales manager went out of his way to make sure I was happy. You don’t find people that care in car dealerships anymore, but they definitely do here at Ann Arbor.

2023 Volkswagen ID.4 review
Despite the scary looking recalls my 2023 AWD Pro-s model has been 99.9% reliable. In comparison to my previous 2021 ID.4 pro-s which had several annoying system failures that necessitated immediate trips to the dealership. However the 2021 pro-s has the folding mirror option which I had expected to get in the 2023 pro-s but was very dissatisfied to learn it had been remover and put in the ‘+’ package. The mirror option should be offered as a standalone upgrade to all non ‘+’ 2023 and 2024 models as no $50k plus car should be without it.

Weikert Ford review
On April 15, the service technician for Weikert Mobile Service was efficient, courteous, and went above and beyond what I expected for an oil change and tire rotation. Repairmen had need of my driveway, so the Weikert technician graciously moved my car across the street to perform his work. I was pleasantly surprised at the low cost too. My neighbor pointed out that he even replaced a small light bulb. Thank you, Weikert Mobile Service. Jo
2021 Volkswagen ID.4 review
I had multiple problems with infotainment screen which were finally resolved with replacement at 3.5 years. Car is solid, a joy to drive ....a true tight German machine. so many nice features, handling, turning radius, quiet comfort, visabiltiy and still solid after 4 years. the software may have some needs but the car is great. I am out of warranty and kept the car. It has been dependable after replacement of the screen. The price for a new one is now too high so I purchased an extended VW warranty.

Josh did a great job turning us from a used hyundai to a Certified VW and we couldn't be happier. From our first email interaction to the final signing Josh made us feel very comfortable with our purchase. Thanks for making it so smooth Josh. It was a great learning experience for my son on how buying a car should be.
2023 Volkswagen ID.4 review
2023 VW ID.4 PRO S. 1 year this July of 24, 16000 miles. Before the latest software update of 3.1 or 3.5 we could the full state of charge was 300 Miles. After the update, the max SOC dropped to 253. But many software problems were fix. The 12V battery is stronger than the 2021 (they were updated later). Fast charge to 80% is 35 minutes or less. I charge at home in Arizona we have solar with SUNRUN. We installed a 50amp this provides us with using WALLBOX 11kw so for example, today Apr 8, 2024. to charge at home from 18% SOC to 80% took rounding up 3 hours. Not bad. March Electicy bill was $40. No expense for fuel and money saved.

Volkswagen BrandonReviews
Volkswagen Brandon review
This was the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. My sales associate AJ, was truly an expert on not only the vehicle that he showed me, but on the company as a whole. He was able to demonstrate how to use all the fancy safety features and explain what they did, and answer any questions I had with confidence. He was so friendly with both my daughters, and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. AJ was very open and honest about all the different dealership fees that would add on to the total purchase price, and explained what they all were. He was quick to respond to any messages, and did a great job of keeping my needs and wants for the vehicle in mind when showing me different options. They gave me a good offer on my trade in, even though it was less than I owed on the vehicle. He and his manager Paul were even willing to come up on the trade in offer, but my vehicle has a bad accident from the previous owner on the carfax. Paul explained his reasoning for the offer which came directly from KBB (another dealership tried to offer me $2000 less with no rhyme or reason). I know dealership fees can be frustrating, but I think the fees at Volkswagen Brandon are fair compared to other dealerships in the area. AJ did definitely do his job as a car salesman and try to upset me, offering me finance options for New vehicles, but was completely respectful when I told him we weren't interested in financing or a new vehicle. He didn't keep pushing, instead focusing on trying to get me in a vehicle that fit our budget and that I loved. I absolutely adore my new 2023 Tiguan, and I 100% recommend Volkswagen Brandon for your vehicle needs.
