Douglas VolkswagenReviews
Douglas Volkswagen review
I was referred to Douglas VW by a friend who has done business with the company for 15 years. She spoke so highly of the dealership and the sales rep Irene Peixoto, I knew I needed to try them out. My daughter and I both needed a new car. We had no idea if it was even possible, but because of Irene and her expertise, we both walked out with new cars without breaking the bank. She understood what we needed, what we had to work with and she went to work. I have never been treated so professionally or fairly than I was that day. Every question answered with sincerity. She did not promise what she could not deliver. Because of Irene, my daughter and I have decided we will remain a VW family and we will only buy from Douglas VW moving forward. Irene changed the game for us. We are forever grateful. Make sure you go to Douglas and make sure you ask for Irene. You will thank me later!!

I was very happy with this dealership. Each member of the staff from the receptionist to the sales staff to the finance manager was friendly and professional. We were some of the first customers after they began fully opening after the pandemic and the dealership took measures to make us feel safe. Kudos to our salesperson, Chris Harper and his manager Mo. It was worth the hour drive to purchase our used Beetle.

From the moment we entered, it was exceptional customer service! We did not come in expecting to leave with a car, there was a sense of urgency created without being a pushy sales man everything was extremely genuine and honest!!!! New car and a great deal Inki and Angelo went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We are now family for life, my husband and I are forever grateful. This by far exceeded any car buying experience my husband an I have EVER had. Not only was it a great experience it was also our sons 6th birthday and he is quite excited and happy with his VW he's quite the car connoisseur. I guess it's true what they say, Third times a charm!

J. L. Freed HondaReviews
J. L. Freed Honda review
A family member encouraged me to consider a Honda CR V, when I was looking to replace my American made SUV. Online I found a 2010, with one owner, a clean Carfax, 27 maintenance records for $13K at JL Freed Honda. It seems too good to be true. Exactly what I was hoping for really existed. Then my experience got even better. My salesman was Geoff Smith. His “how can I help you” style was a pleasure. I especially appreciated how he did not “let me get my manager” me. And didn’t waste my time lowballing me on my trade-in, unlike another dealership I was at in Quakertown. To top it all off..,Chris, in the detailing department, did an amazing job. The car sparkles! Overall, one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had.

Koch 33 VolkswagenReviews
Koch 33 Volkswagen review
I recently leased a vehicle, being apprehensive and overwhelmed at first, believing it would be a stressful and unpleasant experience due to the unprofessionalism and rudeness I have encountered in the past. I was referred to Koch 33 Volkswagen in Easton, PA by a friend and I couldn't be more grateful! I had the great pleasure of working with Bella Cuevas in the Sales Department and Steve Douglas in the Finance and Insurance Department. The team at this location was absolutely wonderful! They were very professional and caring. Both Bella and Steve were very attentive and extremely patient, working with me for over a week until I was satisfied with my vehicle. I never felt pressured nor stressed and they gave me the time to process my options. They made the entire process painless. I couldn't be more grateful! Thank you so much, Bella and Steve!
