What an enjoyable, no-pressure experience we had purchasing a 2017 Acura at Elk Grove VW.
We actually were just ‘looking’, but we really liked the Acura on the lot. Then after talking with Kash Bradford about prices and vehicle details, she made it very easy to make up our minds about purchasing it.
It really was the best atmosphere for purchasing a car.
Then Graham Copps took his time explaining in detail all about the vehicle navigation and computer system, which was extremely appreciated by us.
We’ll be very happy to recommend Elk Grove VW to friends and family.
And a sincere thank you to Kash and Graham for all their help.
PS: This review form does not have Kash’s name as an option, to give her credit for a job well done.
Purchased a 2018 e-Golf fully electric vehicle. I called the sales representative ahead of my visit and told them the type of vehicle I was looking for and they had the vehicle parked out front ready for my test drive along with all the vehicle information. The sales representative provided me with the available options to purchase the vehicle verses leasing the vehicle for 3 years. Overall this was an amazing experience and I never felt pressured to purchase and/or lease.
It has been 13+ years since I purchased a vehicle from a dealership and I have to say the sales experience has certainly chanced for the better. The sales staff were very professional and knowledgeable and not at all pushy to try to make a sale! I felt very comfortable and at ease.
We had a truly awesome experience with Elk Grove VW. A thanks to Bobby, Cash, Tony and Mario for the easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. Not to mention the prices were the best we had seen both in person and online from Elk Grove to the Greater Bay Area. Many many thanks!
I bought two cars from them, both times it was a pleasure to work with Niello VW staff. I got my first used car in 2015 and had no issues with it, yesterday I trade in my old car and got another used vehicle for a great price. Planning to go back there in few years to get another car
Overall good experience at Niello Volkswagen. No pressure, non-commissioned sales process. Was looking for a 2017 model, but all 6-speed GTIs were gone. Ended up getting a 2018 model, but it is just what I was looking for. No great deals on 2018 models though, but you get a lot of car for the money with a Volkswagen so I was satisfied with the deal that I got. The wait while the paperwork was being filled out was a little long, but considering all that needs to be done it was a reasonable amount of time. Very satisfied with my new vehicle.
Fantastic dealership. We did all of our research online, then called AJ (We live in Oregon). AJ was able to work an amazing deal for our 2018 540i. Haider, our BMW genius, picked us up at the airport in our car and explained/showed us it’s features He assisted me with BMW apps on my phone. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and has since checked to see if we had any additional questions. Judy was great in getting all the paperwork done and sending additional information. Overall the experience of buying our new car was terrific.
To Assad: Owner and Trusted Advisor-- I observed the entire purchasing process with your dealership and my daughter, Nicole P. Your personal integrity towards Nicole was exemplary. Thank you for being a trusted advisor and your kindness towards Nicole. What more could a father ask for?! John P.
We recently purchased a new 2018 Countryman, ordering a new 2018 model in June of this year. The total experience was great as the model ordered is just what was wanted and was delivered as expected. Our sales advisor (Creed Cate) was excellent in explaining all issues when special ordering and had great follow up with the process as the new car progressed in manufacturing.
We are very happy with all at Niello Mini.
The staff was friendly. Sales rep I dealt with was upfront and I appreciate that. Many options werr provided, i had been pre-qualified online before hand so that helped the salesman. The buying process was quick.
Well was on the market for a used car saw couple listing that caught my eyes. So I decided to check out this place. Got there it was small lot. There were a cars that I was looking at Low mileage and good price. Got there took my time looking at the car..yet nobody came to say hi how u doing can I help u..to me I didn’t know if that was a good thing or bad I mean I like not being hovered but would like the acknowledgement I’m looking for a car and if there’s anything that they help. I didn’t know who the actual employee of the dealership we’re..I end up deciding not to purchase but in some ways I feel that that was their downfall.
The thing I liked the most is no salesperson to harass me while I was checking out the car and they give me all the time in the world to check the car and even took it to my mechanic and had 2 minor issues that they were glad to fix at no extra cost.
Honestly, the way a car buying experience should be.
