2019 Volkswagen Jetta review
So my Habenero orange R Line is named Princess... she is quick when she needs to be, and eco mode is there for when she doesn't. Gas mileage is fantastic either way. She is so responsive, the handling on her is top notch. I've put a LOT of miles on her, I think upwards of 50k without a single mechanical failure. A few accidents, the front collision sensor is a pain to replace but I like in a bumper car city, unfortunately.

2019 Volkswagen Jetta review
I purchased my 2019 Jetta R-Line brand new with 27 miles on the odometer in June of 2020. As of this review I have owned the vehicle nearly 5 years. My car now has 57,000 miles on it. I have never experienced any mechanical failures. The vehicle still has the factory battery, brake pads, and rotors. I have only replaced the tires and cabin air filter. Aside from that, routine maintenance including oil changes every 7,500 miles (despite VW calling for 10k interval), and flushing the coolant and brake fluids around 50k miles. My car is comfortable albeit a little small for a man of my stature. It's excellent on gas and handles like a dream. I have gotten compliments on it's looks since day one. The cold weather package is excellent and essential up here in the northeast. I paid 20k for the car brand new and its proven to be an excellent value. My only complaints, the stock sound system is not horrible but it's not great. Also, the driver seat is beginning to have cracks in the leather. I'm very satisfied with this vehicle. I hope this one lasts a while but I will check out VW first for my next vehicle purchase.

Kasie Estevez (dealer @carmax) is a godsend. She took everything into consideration. the longevity of the car, the service costs, the insurance and just about everything else you can think of. I came in with a car picked out and money in hand, ready to buy. Easy commission for anyone, but instead she looked out for me and helped me find a better, more reliable, and cheaper car. 10/10

Randy is not only an outstanding person he really will go the extra mile to ensure you are completely happy. We flew in to look at a car and even though we did not end up buying the car came in on his personal day off to greet us and show us the car. He then personally drove us to the airport even after we did not buy. 100% recommend Randy and Dixie Motors.

2023 Volkswagen Jetta review
The 2023 Jetta S and Jetta Sport are just about the best value you can find in a new car these days. Sure, you can buy a Hyundai or a Kia for a little less, but the Jetta is so much more car. I know from experience. I test drove the 2023 Kia Forte, Hyundai Elantra, Honda Civic, and Toyota Corolla. And the Jetta stood out with a level of quality that those other cars just didn't seem to have. If you need the latest technology, and a huge touchscreen, buy one of those other cars. The Jetta has a smaller screen. But I like that the Jetta still have knobs and buttons for the A/C and basic radio controls. The Jetta is also offered without driver assist features if you want to save some money. I bought my 2023 Jetta Sport without lane keep assist and all those extra features I don't like, because I pay attention when I drive. This knocked off a nice bit of money. After driving all those new cars, the Jetta had room where I needed it, comfort, and a level of quality I just didn't feel in the other cars, so I bought it. And I am very happy with my purchase.

Volkswagen of Cool Springs review
Buying my 2026 Atlas from Ricky at VW in Cool Springs was hands‑down the smoothest car‑buying experience I’ve ever had. He was completely hassle‑free — no pressure, no runaround, and absolutely no trying to finagle me into anything I didn’t want. Ricky was straightforward, honest, and genuinely focused on helping me get exactly what I came for. He respected my time, kept everything transparent, and made the whole process feel easy. If you want a stress‑free experience with someone who truly listens, Ricky is the one to see!

2021 Volkswagen Jetta review
I have owned my 2021 VW Jetta for close to two years. I have very little negative things to say about the car. The car does have auto start-stop when stopped for red lights and other lengthy stops. This car handles well. It gets on highways quickly. I have recorded gas on long trips 42 mpg. I get 32mpg around town. The Jetta looks nice. I have the gray color with black interior. It’s not like the BMW335 I owned but it is a good car for me. Currently over 36k miles with no issues. I take it in ever 10,000 miles for a check up and oil changes.

2015 Volkswagen Jetta review
If it's a 2.0 slow then it's very reliable. Bought the car new, now with 110k no major breakdowns. Make sure it had the proper timely maintenance and it be a good reliable car. Very slow but economic. Transmission fluid change is a must. I was late in it but after the change the car shifted much better.

Bought many, many cars from this dealership and used service department over the years. Always satisfied with sales and service. Very personable sales and service personnel.
2020 Volkswagen Jetta review
I've owned VW's off and on for years. My first Jetta was purchased in the 90's. Good car. It was nimble, comfortable and had really good gas mileage. It was different from the "Bug" and "Bus" but quite pleasing to own and look at. My current Jetta is a 2020 model year and I enjoy its looks, comfort, mileage and nimbleness. Volkswagens are truly the "peoples car".

CarMax KnoxvilleReviews
CarMax Knoxville review
Most professional group of people I have ever worked with ! Financing was awesome, fast and efficient . I have never bought from a dealership that had me in and out within 2 hours. No Pressure ! No Hassle ! I was VERY impressed with my experience today . I am even more impressed with the GREAT deal I got on the Dodge Ram truck I drove off the lot with . I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy their next vehicle and I will be back in the future . Pay no attention to some of the petty reviews written here and I noticed there are a few . Go down use some common business sense ,do your research before you buy , and you will find Car Max has it all !
2023 Volkswagen Jetta review
I got the Jetta sport and LOVE it! It handles well and isn’t a gas guzzler. It’s a brand new car and it’s beautiful (I had a 14 yr old VW minivan until now)
