2023 Volkswagen Taos review
Our 2022 Taos is almost 2 years old with about 21K mileage. Very satisfied with our car. For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. The gas mileage is amazing at over 40 MPG on the highway and about 30 MPG tooling around town. Couldn't be happier!

I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!
2022 Volkswagen Taos review
I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

2023 Volkswagen Taos review
First off the gas mileage is great. I can get up to 30-32 miles in city and get up to 40 on highway. Its an excellent ride very smooth. Its feels real sturdy and safe. Has driver assistance to prevent crossing lines or hitting person in front of you. Has backup camera also and the sun roof goes from the fron to the back of the roof The more I drive it the more I love it.

I have purchased 2011 Tiguan Used. Phenix and Carlos were extremely helpful. They've answered hundreds of questions very patiently. They have helped me to get a great deal. When the car needed some repairs within few weeks, Phenix and Pedro from the Service Dept acted very quickly. And they gave me a temporary car. There are few minor issues, however. The financing person does not explain anything unless you ask him. And he speaks very fast, so I had a very difficult time understanding him.... Also the customer service couldn't find my order. I had to wait about an hour at the shop to get it. Lastly, no one told me that my Tiguan 2011's rare bumper looks different than others, not in a good way. I have a 2009 VW CC which recently had the EPC light turn on/off randomly during times of idle. I called VW Cerrritos and spoke with Spencer who explained what could be the possible causes for the light turning on. He recommended I try to replicate the problem before bringing the car in if it was safe to do so, this would prevent me from losing money if the problem didn't show up during the diagnostic. I decided to purchase an affordable OBDII reader that worked through an app on my phone and was able to retrieve a code for a camshaft sensor. I told Spencer my findings and got an appointment set up for the next day at 8am. The car was diagnosed quickly and was back to me the same day of drop off. This process included diagnosing the problem, calling the warranty service for an "OK", repairs, and waiting for the warranty to send payment after the repair was done. I'm not sure were the Camshaft sensor in my car is but that is a quick turn around considering all parties involved. I was provided with a ride home after drop off and a ride to pick up my vehicle which really made things so much more convenient. If a 6th star was possible I would just for the customer service alone. I thank you again Spencer and all the service members involved for taking care of my VW and giving me peace of mind.
2023 Volkswagen Taos review
Extremely spacious, and great standard features. Build quality is solid inside and out! With a very comfortable ride and peppy engine! I also get amazing MPG in this car and rarely fill up!

2023 Volkswagen Taos review
Leaving the #1 reason of buying the car on the side for now which is the value for money 💰. The car fits all my needs, fuel economy, very comfort driving. The service package comes with it is impressive. I’m 6.3 and I can drive comfortably and there is enough legroom for anyone sits behind me. I think this car solved a very big problem when it comes to price, performance and comfort!
