Wonderful experience at this car dealership. From the second I walked on the lot I was greeted by Joelle and she was so helpful! Made my car buying experience a great one, so much so that we came back to purchase another vehicle with her! I will be referring her to everyone I know! Finance was great as well, walked me through everything and explained what I was signing! Managers checked in on me during my time there. Would definitely recommend 10/10!

I was quite a distance from this car dealer. He asked me if I wanted to setup a time to test drive it and I had to laugh because I had no way to get down there! But he set up everything so that I didn't have to worry about the fact that it was being done online and on the phone. I felt confident that it was safe every step of the way. I love my car it's just what I wanted. These guys made it easy to get it even from this far away!

David is awesome! I inquired about a new GTI and he was extremely helpful and transparent about the cost and availability. We set up an appointment for the following morning and I was out the door with a new car in no time. As a first-time car buyer, David made the process easy, straightforward, and genuinely enjoyable.

I found a used Ioniq 5 at a great price. Was contacted by Eric Wong who worked with me on pricing and looking into new and lease options. He was extra transparent - gave me all quotes with all fees included and wasn’t pushy. We got the used car and wrapped up our purchase within 90 minutes and we’re out the door to head home with a fully detailed car. Eric also loves food so he’ll tell you where to get a good meal too - good guy

I leased mine about a month ago and I absolutely love it! The dash display is great I love all the features! I got everything I wanted in a new vehicle. Heated seats, heated steering wheel, back up cam, lane assist, smart cruise control. I went from a 2013 Outlander Sport, which I loved btw, and let me tell you quite the upgrade!

Eric and Tiffany took very good care of me. The entire process with Eric was smooth and so easy. Eric was responsive to any question via email, phone and in person - he talked to me like a normal person and that was nice. No push, no rush to buy, very carefully handled by the team.

Nissan of GilroyReviews
Nissan of Gilroy review
I had a great experience at Nissan of Gilroy as it relates to the purchase of a new Nissan. Rick and his team (David, Joey, Julio, and Chris) were all very helpful during the entire sales process. Rick was willing to beat all of the other Bay Area Nissan dealers' price on the redesigned Leaf, so making the drive to Gilroy was worth my time. Thank you for making the car buying experience straightforward, efficient, and one where I had a positive interaction with each person I encountered.

Our entire buying experience was the best we have had, we have purchased many vehicles. Mario was great with the buying process and explaining the features of the truck after the sale. We will certainly return to Bonander GMC for our next purchase of a vehicle.
