After visiting a few dealers and test driving some cars, we settled in at #1 Cochran Kia of Robinson which made us feel at home. From the very beginning, Ron Gardner and his associate Patti made us feel at home. Their knowledge of the vehicles was impressive. Both went out of their way to work with us on getting a car that met out needs and stay within our budget. Ron was very clear in presenting all available incentives that were being offered and even went a step beyond in getting us the price we were willing to pay. We ended up leasing a Cadenza that is just beautiful in all aspects from styling to performance and loaded options. This car buying experience was the best I've had in many years. Can’t say enough about the guys at LW Automotive. Was hands down the best car buying experience we’ve had and I have been known to buy a lot of cars. I purchased a specialty car from these guys and they were not pushy at all. It was a vehicle I saw driving past the lot. I stopped by a total of 4 times. Jeff did not seem to care one bit. I was not planning on buying the car but the last time I stopped Jeff told me a price that I could not pass up. Later on that day I had the wife take me up to pick it up. The car I purchased was a 1965 ac cobra kit. I always wanted one but never planned on buying. The overall dealings with Jeff and the fair price was why I purchased it. They were not pushy at all. This was the most painless and easy car buying experience I’ve ever been through. I went in and asked to see the car. Jeff walked me through it and answered all the questions I had. When it came down to the negotiating that was the easiest part. They worked with me when most other dealers just denied me. They even went out of their way to make sure I got a better finance deal then what was originally given to me. Overall this was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. I am extremely happy with the whole process and even more happy with my new Jeep. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a car with bad credit or great credit. You will not be disappointed when it comes to dealing with LW automive. 10/10 stars
Overall experience was way better then expected. Very nice family business. They all helped me with the transaction. Great selection of vehicles. I went with a Land Rover lr4. Was very happy with the vehicle. 6 months later and is still driving great. Will bring it in for oil changes and service. Thanks lw
Tried to get a test drive during the first big snowfall of the year. WIth a little shuffling between salespeople, they were glad to pull out my car and let me take it around the block a few times. Came back a few days later to buy it and am now zipping along happily. Thanks Ben!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
My experience was positive. Alex picked me up from the airport as I travel from Georgia to purchase this vehicle. I was nervous about such an endeavor, but he allayed all my fears, answered all my questions accurately whether big or small and made me feel comfortable with my purchase.

My brakes gave out on my 16-year-old Forester as I was leaving town and heading home--I was in Pittsburgh visiting my mother. I had been toying with the idea of buying a new Subaru, and the repair bill was what tipped me to making the purchase. At first no one would pay attention to me when I went down to the showroom, so I was watching TV and planning my car future when Greg Johnston came into the room to deliver keys to a new buyer and I engaged him in conversation. He was friendly and offered to help me then and there--even though it was near closing. I never felt rushed and he took the time to explain everything to me about the different models of Crosstrek. I came back Saturday morning and drove a new car home. I love it. Greg made the experience stress free. He had a sense of humor (even when I sort of gave him a hard time). Everything about the car was explained to me and I am planning on going back for a refresher course this week. Going from a 16 year old car to a brand new one is like going from a model T to a spaceship--and I'm no spring chicken! All salespeople should be as attentive and easy-going as Greg. I hope he's there in 16 years when I may be in the market for a new car. Until then, I can only refer my friends and family to him.
If you read no other reviews about these folks READ this one!! I live over 2 hours from Pittsburgh and was Leary to look on line for a car. I had a bad experience before and was really afraid to make the trip. But Jon and Brent explained the car I was looking at in great detail. When I finally made the trip I could not be happier. The car was exactly as they said and they gave me what they said for my trade. We were in and out with my new car in an hour and a half, these people are great. This was the best car buying experience of my life and I'm in my sixties. I will drive to them again to buy another car!!!!
I found a one owner 2008 RL at Spitzer to replace my 2008 that was totaled. This was the best dealer experience I have ever had. Jeremy Benson was fantastic, - the dealership treated me as though I was buying a $60,000 RLX Hybrid. Benita in finance was especially helpful, having changed my mind at the last minute about a service contract. Could not have asked for a better experience.
When you like the meal at a restaurant you'd go back, when you like a movie you'd watch it again. When you like the experience of,..say, buying a car at a dealer, you'd return. I would go back to Cochran Subaru-Butler and Associate Brandon Fehl. Brandon has earned my trust,something I don't extend easily, especially when making the decision on a car. Brandon was recommended by a friend and I heartily pass that recommendation on. Brandon knew what I wanted and the price range and it fit to a tee. ....And like I said, I would go back there again.
