I have been looking for a car sometime. I was in Murfreesboro and decided to stop here. I had a very good experience here. The salesman Boyd Steele was very helpful and not pushy as most salesman. He took his time with me even though he knew I was not ready to buy that day. Most would try to hurry just to get the next sale. I liked Boyd Steele so much I have decided to let him find exactly what I am looking for. Very professional and I know I can trust him to find me the right car for my price range and financing. I recommend the Mazda product and Sales rep, Elijah Taylor, great and great. Ben M in finance ruined the whole experience because he threw a tantrum when I did not wish to hear and or purchase extended warranty product. To the point of demanding why I would not listen to his whole sales pitch and confronting my spouse as to why she would not say anything. He has issues but I am choosing to give Elijah the 5 stars he deserves. The other guy is creepy and should never be left alone with customers.
I saw a car on cars.com that was for sale at Murfreesboro Nissan at 9:00 on a Fri night and emailed to see if it was still available. I got a call from them at 830 the next morning saying it was and I made an appt to come in. The car was exactly what I have been looking for and the price was better than I had seen elsewhere. The salesman Donnie was friendly and knowledgeable, and after I drove it I was ready to buy. I did not feel pressured and was able to get the exact car I wanted for a good price. It was worth the drive to Murfreesboro from Nashville!
In the early stages of car shopping for a family-friendly SUV, we stopped by City Auto in Murfreesboro, TN while out there running errands. We were not there anticipating to purchase a vehicle that day. However, things changed.
Steven Ray, the salesman, was the first to greet us. He was not pushy, annoying, or anything like your stereotypical salesman would be in your head. He asked questions and let us talk more than he talked. He was very personable and made our experience outstanding. He provided a thorough answer to ever y question we had. If he didn't know, he made a quick phone call to get the answer we needed. He insisted a test drive in a few different models, just to get an idea of what we were looking for - even though we made it clear we weren't looking to purchase that day. (... I guess that's how they get you)
He walked us through what to expect in the buying process. Gave us little hints to get better pricing and APR.
After the sale, he called us numerous times to ensure that we were happy. A few days after the sale, a few weeks later, then a month or two down the road.

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After spending all day looking at cars... we learned a lot. Doc fees and Admin fees EVERYWHERE.... surprise hidden costs at all the other places. Not so with Auto Brokers. No Doc Fees. No Admin fees. After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
