I had been looking for a specific Mini Cooper 2 dr hardtop and MAG had a 2018 dark Blue Mini 2 dr on the lot. I purchased anew discovery luxury edition. Working with Chelsea with some help from Bobwas a great experience. They wanted to take all time needed to answer questions and did not pressure at any point. After my purchase, I was nervous and had some buyers remorse. I've been taking my Acura TL for service since Honda Marysville's $39/39 minute deal can't be beat. I went yesterday, and for the first time, the line for an oil change was very long. I really needed it done, and luckily I brought some work with me to do while I waited. Jason was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. My wait was a bit over 90 minutes, and sure enough, they stood by their 39 minute guarantee. The work was done, my car was clean, and Jason made me feel like a valued customer. I have 2 Acuras and will only bring them here for service. A+!

Came here to see a used 2016 V60 Volvo Wagon. This was our first time at the dealership and have never owned a Volvo. I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and atmosphere here. The guys there were so great! Kyle was our salesman. He was polite and friendly they entire time. So easy to talk to. My child loved him. Then signing the papers we had a gentleman print out papers for my kid to sign so he felt included. Seriously such great service. We left very happy.

Bought a Passat for my daughter and was told that the center caps for the wheels were already ordered. While completing paperwork to purchase car, I was told the center caps would be sent to me after they come in. It was actually in the contract of what they owe me as the purchaser. I never received center caps. I called 3 different times and each time they say they are going to send them. Still haven’t received. I purchased the car in June. It is August.
