I was lucky enough to schedule a service appointment quickly. Richard Lewis, service adviser , quickly helped carry out the diagnostics. Went in for an unusual sound coming from under the car and was told my car would not be ready the same day because they did not have the part, and due to the holidays. I was offered a loaner.
