Very dedicated and customer oriented dealership. I drove 100 miles and they had all the paperwork ready for me to sign as I electronically sent all the documents. Took me 15-20 minutes to get the paperwork signed and complete formalities. They stayed beyond their work hours to get me the car. They truly live the motto "anything for customer satisfaction". I originally bought my car from here 9 years ago and I drive the extra distance from home to get my car services from here because it is always excellent! (Better than other Volvo dealerships in SoCal) Helpful service reps. Clean and useful customer lounge so I got work done while waiting for services to be completed. Food services are an easy walk across the street. I highly recommend this place.

He had my phone paired to the car in seconds, and had me logged in online to the Volvo website. I recently had a back tire blowout on the 605, as I was passing the dealership. Lucky for me, I was able to get to the dealership and Tyler had his guys put the spare on for me, with no charge. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! I purchased my car here and have been getting my car serviced here for the past 5 years. Tyler and Aisleen (service reps) have always been extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about my car. They have also spent extra time working with the warranty company to make sure everything is getting covered appropriately. I know my car is in good hands when I bring it here. I can't say enough good things about this location!
