Koons Volvo Cars White MarshReviews
Koons Volvo Cars White Marsh review
I have purchased 7 Volvos over the years from different dealers, but never had as good an experience as I did buying a certified XC 60 with the help of salesman Travis Moore at Koons Volvo. We were buying from out of state and Travis took my call and from the beginning was professional, highly knowledgeable and friendly. He promptly took the time to make us a personalized video of the car we were interested in and provided us with a full Car Fax report and other details about the car which gave me a lot of confidence in moving forward with him. When I flew into town to buy it, Travis picked me up at my hotel and had the vehicle detailed, recall work updated and he made the whole process efficient and transparent. Travis is a trustworthy and honest person who was a pleasure to work with. His authenticity and candor made me feel like I was working with a friend, not just a salesman. I highly recommend connecting with Travis Moore as your sales professional to enhance and enjoy the process of purchasing your next vehicle. You'll be glad you did.

Koons Volvo Cars White Marsh review
I had an AMAZING experience with this dealership! The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. A HUGE shoutout to Travis and Rob for making my first car-buying experience such a great one! As an 18-year-old female buying her first car on her own, I was a little nervous going into the process, but they made me feel comfortable, respected, and confident in my decision. They weren’t pushy, made me feel pressured, or gave me that uncomfortable feeling you can sometimes get at other dealerships. Instead, they were genuinely helpful, patient, and made sure I had a great experience. I truly appreciate how they treated me and helped make such a big milestone in my life special! I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone I know, and I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you, Travis and Rob, for making buying my first car such a positive experience!

I have been continually satisfied with Koons Volvo from initial purchase to service visits and customer service interactions. The very nice and Wi-Fi enabled showroom and waiting area makes it easy to wait for a service visit while cranking out work at one of the table tops. The video explanations and progress tracking all are great!

I went in to test drive a CPO 2018 EL-X Accord. At first, I was on the fence between a Camry and an Accord but driving it helped my decision. The whole experience from setting up the test drive through the negotiation was stress free. Both Adeel and Larry were honest and fair, and I ended up getting the car that day.

Manny R responded almost immediately confirming vehicle availability and went the extra mile to do a 'virtual' showing and test drive since I live >100 miles away. Was able to HOLD the vehicle for 2 days with a small down payment and once I did the actual test drive, the deal was done. Peter Huang in Financing was professional and efficient...in & out in less than 3 hours.

Volvo Cars Silver Spring review
I’m in the process of ordering a volvo fleet vehicle. I stopped by the silver spring MD Volvo on two different occasions and each time I was greeted by Patel. He took the time to review the key features, pros and highlights of every vehicle on my list. I would highly recommend working with Patel if you are in the market for a Volvo. He was honest, genuine and willing to help even when he knew I wasn’t in the market to purchase a new vehicle. Thank you Patel!

DARCARS Volvo CarsReviews
DARCARS Volvo Cars review
I have bought two used Volvos from DarCars Volvo in Rockville, Maryland and had excellent service from them. If you want a Volvo, this is where you should go! We were treated as if we were buying a brand-new Volvo. This time my husband and I worked with a new sales associate, Bea-Alice Sesay. Bea is courteous, personable, and answered all our questions (or checked with other DarCars staff for us). She responded quickly to emails and made our experience pleasant. This is my first all-electric car. Bea and her colleague, Manny, showed me all the car's features and spent time helping me understand the electronics. From start to finish, it was a pleasant and positive experience.
