Although the vehicle sold before I could get there (didn't put down a deposit), this dealership accommodated everything that I needed. Price that I wanted was agreed upon via email, which some dealers won't do. No complaints.

I went to Ray Price Volvo a bit ago in need of a new car, and came out successful. Gary Cox met us out front and was extremely helpful. He was very patient and informative, and helped me through the whole purchase. Even though I was only interested in a fairly cheap, used car, Gary sill put full focus on my needs and was extremely patient and accommodating. He wasn't pushy about selling the car to me, and I didn't feel any pressure at all. Greg and Brittany were also very helpful with the process. I purchased my new car for an amazing price, and I am very grateful for it. I'd recommend Ray Price to any used car buyer. The staff are extremely helpful and kind. Thank you Gary, Greg, and Brittany!!

I have nothing but good things to say about the Carmax in Henrietta, NY, specifically the salesman I worked with, Bill Zachary. Bill found for me exactly what I was looking for and made the process quick and seamless. Bill and the team at Carmax in Henrietta are dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. Thompson Toyota review
Tom Coates is an excellent sales person. He didn’t pressure us in any way, but listened to our requests for the car we wanted. We selected a 2026 red Toyota Camry with black grill and black interior. Tom gave us several updates on the completion of our vehicle being made in Kentucky. The time table he mentioned was spot on. Tom spent a lot of time with us to go over everything we needed to know before we left the dealership. He also provided his card with his cell phone number and told us we could contact him with any questions or concerns, even on his days off! He went over the service plans and scheduled our first check up, It was a pleasure to work with him! I’d recommend him to anyone who is considering purchasing a Toyota!

This dealership was honest and helpful, but we did not purchase a car here because they would not accept a PFFCU AutoDraft. They insisted on providing their own financing, or would accept a down payment and a cashier's check from the credit union.

would like to acknowledge my service advisor, Emerson Cambara. His demonstrated diligence, knowledge and desire to help has made me want to continue having my vehicle serviced at Volvo of Princeton. I baby my XC60 and want to keep it in top form. Emerson is a cut above what I have experienced in the past and helps me achieve my objective, because he knows the vehicles inside and out. I love my Volvo, I assuredly recommend Volvo of Princeton and, regarding service, Emerson is a key partner. Ask for him!
