Richard Johnson greeted us when my husband and I walked into Lovering Volvo. He was perceptive and clearly understood our interests. Lovering got so many great reviews that we stopped there first on our quest for a new Volvo. What a great decision that was for our family. Although the dealership was fairly busy (it was late afternoon), we were greeted warmly by James Malone, took a car for a test drive (alone - felt good to be able to converse freely with my spouse without having a rep in the car with you), and ultimately purchased the best car ever! James even entertained the kids free of charge while we finished up the paperwork with the nicest Finance person I've ever dealt with.
Upon picking up a clean, shiny new car at the time we chose, Tom Coutu was professional, knew the vehicle well, helped with the complete setup of the car (including all the amazing techie features), and we were able to drive it home with all my preferences set and ready to go.
This dealership should be everyone's first stop if they are in the market for a Volvo.
Jesse was my salesperson and he was great! He made follow up contact but wasn't abnoxious. He was polite and patient.
And when the noise from the construction got a little much he found a more comfortable place for me to wait.
Jesse purchased my lunch and also went and picked it up!!
The sales managers were not as accommodating as Jesse so I highly recommend using him!
James Malone is an outstanding Salesman who easily anticipated my needs and assisted me in identifying the ideal XC90 for me. In a very short time and without undue pressure, he made the XC90 car purchasing experience the best I have ever had. I purchased the vehicle about a month ago and I am enjoying it immensely! As a previous and very satisfied owner of a 2013 XC70, I am extremely happy with the technological and ecological advances resulting in ZERO buyer's remorse. Just purchased an XC60 from Jaffarian Volvo and couldn???t be happier with the sales experience. I was never rushed or pressured to buy and the sales representative, Narek, did an outstanding job answering my questions and fitting me with a vehicle that met both my needs and financial restrictions. I would definitely purchase another Volvo from Jaffarian.
Jaffarian really has a great salesmen, who is really more than that. Narek is very helpful in several ways. 1. Texts, which helps. 2. Finds a way to get you a good price that works for you while matching a car that fits you. 3. Being on the customers side. For example, Narek talked me out of a car that was more expensive that didn't have the bells and whistles that the car he eventually did talk me into had, and the car he talked me into was actually less expensive than my original pick. 4. Communication. Narek texted me a few times to let me know what was going on after I had purchased the car.
I initially was working with Gavin via email, and then worked with Brian Chambliss when I went into the dealership, they were both phenomenal! Brian meticulously went through all of the features with me and was in general extremely knowledgeable. Both Gavin and Brian were very responsive when communicating via, calls, emails, and text messages, they were always ready to assist if needed, (down to the delivery of the vehicle which included Brian driving it to NH for me!) I never once felt pressured to make a deal which made the whole experience more relaxed and enjoyable. Jaffarian Volvo emanates professionalism and excellence, they've definitely gained a repeat customer!
Great, easy, personable experience. I would recommend you give them a look if you are in the market for a car. As with any big purchase, do your homework, know the value of your trade, no the value of the car you want, understand where you stand if you need financing. If you do everything beforehand it makes things easier and more realistic for everyone involved.

My wife and I shopped allot of places but once I arrived at highline and experienced the fast, professional team here and how Chad went out of his way to help with a whole group of people working to find what we wanted ( and we tried allot of cars ) I knew this was the place! They were so easy to work with and personable. When it came time to buy I was shocked at the low finance rate Mark got us, he is a great guy, all these guys are great and they get it done! I recently purchased my 2012 Honda Accord EX-L Coupe 3.5L V6 from here. This is one of the most beautiful and awe inspiring cars that I have ever seen, I'm honestly in love with my car. Pre-owned Ira also accepted my trade in, and for a reasonable price as well. I had the best time dealing with the vehicle salesmen Stephen James. He was absolutely wonderful. At this dealership, they have greatly priced vehicles to start with and are still even able to negotiate. The purchase was made easy, and everything was explained thoroughly. I even was invited to get coffees anytime that i'm in the area and chat with Stephen, and since I work at the Walgreens right across the street, I am a frequent visitor. I couldn't ask for a better experience. This is the dealership you should go to first when looking for a beautiful pre-owned vehicle. If only I could rate above 5 stars.
