I did not end up purchasing the vehicle due to the carfax report though would ceratinly consider retuning to the dealer due to the pleasurable experience
Exceptional support from the sales staff (Sandy Stein) and the GM (Barry Goodman). Fully explained every aspect of the cost, car features, lease details, etc. This is our 7th car from 128 Volvo and the team there is the primary reason we return. There are many other vehicles we could choose, but we choose 128 Volvo due to the service and family atmosphere from Barry and Sandy.
Service department was very attentive and handled my concern in a very expedient manner. The service manager was very good about communicating options and the waiting area was very comfortable with nice amenities.
The Sales Manager, Rich, was knowledgeable, professional and courteous.
Their whole approach was positive, and made for a good buying experience.

Just purchased an XC60 from Jaffarian Volvo and couldn???t be happier with the sales experience. I was never rushed or pressured to buy and the sales representative, Narek, did an outstanding job answering my questions and fitting me with a vehicle that met both my needs and financial restrictions. I would definitely purchase another Volvo from Jaffarian.
Jaffarian really has a great salesmen, who is really more than that. Narek is very helpful in several ways. 1. Texts, which helps. 2. Finds a way to get you a good price that works for you while matching a car that fits you. 3. Being on the customers side. For example, Narek talked me out of a car that was more expensive that didn't have the bells and whistles that the car he eventually did talk me into had, and the car he talked me into was actually less expensive than my original pick. 4. Communication. Narek texted me a few times to let me know what was going on after I had purchased the car.
I initially was working with Gavin via email, and then worked with Brian Chambliss when I went into the dealership, they were both phenomenal! Brian meticulously went through all of the features with me and was in general extremely knowledgeable. Both Gavin and Brian were very responsive when communicating via, calls, emails, and text messages, they were always ready to assist if needed, (down to the delivery of the vehicle which included Brian driving it to NH for me!) I never once felt pressured to make a deal which made the whole experience more relaxed and enjoyable. Jaffarian Volvo emanates professionalism and excellence, they've definitely gained a repeat customer!
Just finished buying my latest car at Bespoke Auto and the process couldn't have been any easier. Additionally, if you're looking for an inexpensive, reliable used car that also happens to be fun, they have a great inventory that includes many hard-to-find manual transmission models for the enthusiast buyer. This was my first service experience. The professionalism of all staff and the appropriate frequency of updates, made this the experience I’ve had with any dealership. I must note that Prime Volvo is not my closest dealership, yet this experience and my buying experience has made them my dealer of choice. I would specially like to thank Lary in the service department for his ability to connect with a customer and know exactly what to say and when to say it.
Used the TrueCar app. Found vehicle at Prime. They were super helpful and responsive in setting an appointment. Test drove car and bought the exact car we had picked. No sales pitch. No bait and switch. No conversation to get us to switch to another vehicle. The experience could not have been simpler.

Lovering got so many great reviews that we stopped there first on our quest for a new Volvo. What a great decision that was for our family. Although the dealership was fairly busy (it was late afternoon), we were greeted warmly by James Malone, took a car for a test drive (alone - felt good to be able to converse freely with my spouse without having a rep in the car with you), and ultimately purchased the best car ever! James even entertained the kids free of charge while we finished up the paperwork with the nicest Finance person I've ever dealt with.
Upon picking up a clean, shiny new car at the time we chose, Tom Coutu was professional, knew the vehicle well, helped with the complete setup of the car (including all the amazing techie features), and we were able to drive it home with all my preferences set and ready to go.
This dealership should be everyone's first stop if they are in the market for a Volvo.
As a long-time Volvo driver, I cannot recommend Prime Volvo on the South Shore enough. When I went in last month to upgrade my current car, they went out of their way to get me what I was looking for and I was in my new vehicle by the end of that day!
The sales and service staff is very nice and most importantly, very helpful. Since switching to Prime Volvo I've been very happy and extremely satisfied. And of course the cars are great!
Jesse was my salesperson and he was great! He made follow up contact but wasn't abnoxious. He was polite and patient.
And when the noise from the construction got a little much he found a more comfortable place for me to wait.
Jesse purchased my lunch and also went and picked it up!!
The sales managers were not as accommodating as Jesse so I highly recommend using him!
Shortly after purchasing my Range Rover from Done Deal I brought it to their service department for the installation of running boards. The price quoted was quite reasonable and the work performed perfectly and in a most timely manner. From the dealer management through my salesperson to the installation mechanic I was treated most prtdonally. The work was performed most professional. And the final cost was exactly as originally quoted. I wish there were more than 5 stars available to rate Done Deal, every aspect of this company is highly recommended.
