We bought a vehicle at Lovering Volvo and having been out of state buyers we were pleased with the experience as we had no prior experience of knowledge of Lovering - we found the car thru online searches. The full experience was great and the amenities of registering the car at our home state DMV was awesome - the salesman - Thomas - was transparent and always returned calls as soon as possible. This is a rarity at some other dealerships. A smaller area of better transparency would be to provide more details about the service contracts at the time of purchase while in the finance managers office. Overall we are pleased with our experience at Lovering Volvo Concord, NH.

2023 Volvo XC90 review
Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

Review for Cheryl Baldassaro. We can't thank Cheryl enough for helping us make a very hard decision. We were faced with a decision of repairing our 2014 Volvo XC60 for the tune of around $4,000 or look at upgrading to a newer vehicle. During this process she went over and above helping us make the correct decision. She made several proposals and did much research to come up for ways to do the repairs cost effectively. As we worked through the process it became quite obvious that our best decision was to upgrade, which Cheryl helped facilitate, right down to a bouquet of flowers at our closing. Thank you Cheryl for being compassionate and caring during this hard decision!!!
