I recently purchased my 2012 Honda Accord EX-L Coupe 3.5L V6 from here. This is one of the most beautiful and awe inspiring cars that I have ever seen, I'm honestly in love with my car. Pre-owned Ira also accepted my trade in, and for a reasonable price as well. I had the best time dealing with the vehicle salesmen Stephen James. He was absolutely wonderful. At this dealership, they have greatly priced vehicles to start with and are still even able to negotiate. The purchase was made easy, and everything was explained thoroughly. I even was invited to get coffees anytime that i'm in the area and chat with Stephen, and since I work at the Walgreens right across the street, I am a frequent visitor. I couldn't ask for a better experience. This is the dealership you should go to first when looking for a beautiful pre-owned vehicle. If only I could rate above 5 stars.

The XC90 is a beautiful and functional SUV. There is plenty of storage space, seating is comfortable, and the large screen is very functional. The cameras are extremely helpful. I am so glad I purchased this car.
Just purchased an XC60 from Jaffarian Volvo and couldn???t be happier with the sales experience. I was never rushed or pressured to buy and the sales representative, Narek, did an outstanding job answering my questions and fitting me with a vehicle that met both my needs and financial restrictions. I would definitely purchase another Volvo from Jaffarian.

It's a volvo. What more can you say. best built car on the market. Looks and drive like no other car. Have owned a volvo for over 30 years and have never been disappointed.
Jaffarian really has a great salesmen, who is really more than that. Narek is very helpful in several ways. 1. Texts, which helps. 2. Finds a way to get you a good price that works for you while matching a car that fits you. 3. Being on the customers side. For example, Narek talked me out of a car that was more expensive that didn't have the bells and whistles that the car he eventually did talk me into had, and the car he talked me into was actually less expensive than my original pick. 4. Communication. Narek texted me a few times to let me know what was going on after I had purchased the car.

I bought a 2016 XC 90 T6 Momentum new from the dealer in Jan 2016. I loved it so much in the beginning. It was smooth and quiet and I knew it was one of the safest cars out there. I have 3 kids and we used it as our primary car for family vacations, visiting family out of state and local everything. I am a true soccer mom. But gradually over the al most 3 years we had it it was one thing after another. Some small some major. Tons of recalls and updates. I love over an hour away from the dealer and they were great about getting me a loaner car. But I basically took a full day and sometimes two out of my week to drive it there, wait on it or go do some shopping for a day while it was fixed or updated. Several times I had to leave it for more than one day. Air conditioner never worked good. Was super loud. Defrost only worked on max and was too noisy. Engine would skip out and had the spark plugs serviced or replaced multiple times. The most annoying was this rattle in the front passenger door that sounded like something was loose in there. When you at in that seat it made yo nuts on a longer trip. I asked to have that fixed and after checking it out for a few hours they said after 12k miles that wasn't covered and its would be my own bill. This was my husbands last straw. But I still tried to hang on.IT also had a leaky coolant hose once while my husband was over an hour away at a soccer game with kids and it broke down on the side of the road and had to be towed. I had to go get him and we wasted an entire day. the Biggest issue was the engine light came on multiple times. Each time I would take it in and a few times they said it needed spark plugs and also that they were awaiting a service update from Volvo and actually didn't know how to fix it! while the light was on the engine continued to perform less and less powerful and finally the warranty went off at 50k miles and I was at daughters senior photo shoot an hour away and it smelled awful of smoke and burning. I had to take it back to dealer and they found a hose was leaking coolant again. But engine light was still on and I didn't feel safe driving it. I wrote to Volvo Corp. and complained that now I that the light was on all the time how do I know when a new problem arises that it isn't a new issue? and it isn't covered under warranty anymore so it had to be fixed. They replaced fuel injectors spark plugs AGAIN and said they did a lot of work on it and it was covered. Which I was happy for. I had a new loaner for almost 2 weeks. My husband and I were just over it and finally traded it in on an Audi Q7 this weekend. They need to get this car improved. Maybe the 2017 or 2018 models are better.

We were searching for well over several months for a used, specific Volvo XC90 trim package under a certified program. Our research on Cars.com paid off as we spotted a great deal in a neighboring state (worth the 90 mile drive) and the sales team from sale rep to management were superb. It was perhaps the smoothest and most pleasant dealership experience we've ever had. Car is in pristine condition, it's well covered by the certified warranty for several more years and we just took it on a family road trip and realized, THIS was worth the wait and research on Cars.com, which is our go to site for cars for the whole family.....
I initially was working with Gavin via email, and then worked with Brian Chambliss when I went into the dealership, they were both phenomenal! Brian meticulously went through all of the features with me and was in general extremely knowledgeable. Both Gavin and Brian were very responsive when communicating via, calls, emails, and text messages, they were always ready to assist if needed, (down to the delivery of the vehicle which included Brian driving it to NH for me!) I never once felt pressured to make a deal which made the whole experience more relaxed and enjoyable. Jaffarian Volvo emanates professionalism and excellence, they've definitely gained a repeat customer!

Outstanding vehicle on design and safety but way to many bulletins and recalls...The lack of Volvo to keep their customers informed to repair minor issues concerns me.
I recently purchased as Volvo XC40 from Jaffarian Volvo in Haverhill. I???ve been a customer since 2007. This time, I had the pleasure of working with Narek Demirtshyan. He was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the Volvo cars. He made the experience thoroughly enjoyable. I alwAys expect excellent service from Jaffarian and Narek did not disappoint. Thoughtful design and engineering make you want to come up with a reason to run to the grocery store when you own this car. From the comfortable seat, the modern ?cockpit? dash layout, to the get up and go under the hood... this car has it all. No Stone was left unturned on this redesign of the XC90. As a long time Volvo owner, the design team hit this one out of the park!

My second Volvo XC90, and totally enjoyable every day, from the comfortable leather seats, fully appointed and feature rich interior, and fantastic sound system with all of the latest electronic and wireless features integrated into the car. Excellent handling, safe and ergonomic all around. An awesome expression of Swedish design elegance.
The service staff are the most friendly people you could meet. This visit was for a state inspection and to fix a brake light problem. I set up the appointment by phone and they were ready for me when I arrived. Booking in was very smooth, as always and the personal service is really unmatched any where else, like meeting old friends. These are awesome folk. While I was there they took care of another customer with exactly the same care and attention explaining what was found and how the repairs could be done.

Pre-owned Car dealer. Needed a good commuter vehicle and this seemed to fit the need. Really runs and drives great. Never have had a Volvo SUV.
Family certified motors is exactly what their name implies, your car is certified, and you are treated just like family. Everyone is helpful, but not pushy, they want you to be happy with your car after you buy it. I had shopped at many other dealers and I think I purchased at the best!

Initially drawn by the vehicles looks - the comfort and performance of this SUV have grabbed my loyalty. I purchased an R Design and her many compliments of this ?dream car.? The acceleration of the twin charged engine are very impressive.
I am in my 60's. I have purchased many vehicles. My recent BMW X3 purchase was a delight. Vehicle was outstanding, buying process was a joy, unlike most dealers! Greg was outstanding, always answering any messages promptly, and great service after the sale. I will return, and highly recommend.

Great to have optional third row. Use it to separate kids on long car rides. Back rows good for average kids, not tall ones, tight leg and head space for tall adults. Love front seats and visibility. Great travel car.
Found my car on Cars.com from this dealer in NH. The buying process was easy and straight forward. Tom gave me a great price on the car, but I still had to fly from PA to NH to pick it up. I was a little concerned what would happen when I landed in NH. They met me at the airport with the car and we did all the paperwork right there. I was pleasantly surprised that both the car and the agreed upon price were both as described! One month later I am still completely satisfied.

I love my Volvo XC90 V8!! It is incredibly powerful, and tows nicely. The third row capability is a nice added benefit (7 passenger). The seats are comfortable, and the DVD system in the middle row is great for kids.
I am not that pleased with the quality of the leather seats - they appear to be thin, and have worn through on the sitting area of the driver's seat.
Everyone friendly and professional. They took care of a few minor problems at no charge. All of our dealings with this dealership have been positive.
