Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
After checking all around for a lightly used Honda or Toyota minivan, I settled on CarMax since they had the ability to transfer several possible cars from nearby stores. I requested a transfer from Birmingham and it arrived earlier than promised. I test drove it, waited a week to make a final decision and made the purchase. The whole transaction was done professionally and without any extra sales pressure or tactics. This is the 2nd car in the last 6 years I've bought from CarMax and I'd certainly shop them again.

Me and my husband thought we could NEVER buy a car with our credit score, but the guys at 1st Stop proved us wrong they were fast straight to the point and did not give up on us and the day after i drove the car i was going home in it!!! I would buy from them again and I highly recommend anyone to do the same!!! I PROMISE THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN DO TO PUT YOU IN THE CAR OF YOUR DREAMS!!! iF I COULD HAVE GIVE THEM A 6 STAR I WOULD HAVE!
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
I went in looking to possibly upgrade my vehicle. Manette, the Customer Rep was extremely friendly and helpful. I could text or email during the evening or weekend and would get a response back expeditiously regardless of the time. I selected the vehicle and accessories I wanted and the order was placed. Manette stayed in touch with me and kept me up to date on the progress of my order. I have my new vehicle and love it. This was an excellent experience and I would gladly recommend to anyone.
Tim and Jim are the ideal sales team. Very helpful and patient without being pushy or hard sell. They let the product sell itself while offering information and details as needed. We were given a very thorough explanation of all of the options on the vehicle we purchased. This is the second Jeep that Tim has sold to us. Thanks.
Lucas Jolley, our salesman, was great. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and thoroughly answered our questions. He did a great job in communicating with me since I was out of state and sending me extra pictures. We were most appreciative. He and the dealership accurately represented the BMW X5 we were interested in before me and my husband made the drive to Century BMW. There were no surprises. Thank you!
I came in on a rainy day and Met Lucas at the door and right away he offered me a cup of coffee and took great care of me . I bought a X-3 and had to leave before lunch and Lucas brought me the BMW over to Athens the next day . Great service ! I also met William , who was very accommodating . Jerry Bartlett
