I purchased a Chevy Silverado 2500HD from Bob Brown Chevrolet on New Years Eve 2025. We had only a very short window of time to get the deal done. My salesman was Nolan Mitchell. Nolan was very responsive, communicated well and was hungry to do business. He handled the sale perfectly! I knew that there would be extra challenges and risk because this was an out of state purchase. I am in Massachusetts and the truck was in Iowa. I bought the truck sight unseen. When the truck was eventually delivered, it was everything I had hoped for. Initially, the truck was missing a spare key and transmitter. Nolan made sure that, in time, I got the spare key and transmitter! Other dealerships maybe wouldn't have done that for me. I think this speaks volumes about their character and how they do business. Other challenges included getting the truck registered and titled in Massachusetts even though it was purchased in Iowa. Mass RMV does not make things easy! Bob Brown Chevrolet's title department worked with me every step of the way to get the truck legal in Massachusetts. Kelcey Firestine in the title department was simple awesome! Thank you Nolan and Kelcey at Bob Brown Chevrolet! A+++++++ Job well done!

Joe was my go-to guy at one of the lots where this vehicle I was interested in is they have four lots in Des Moines. It's always wanting to come up there and have the vehicle taken to another shop nearby and pay to have it inspected so I can find out what it needs and decide if I wanted this still purchase it with whatever it needed and that was no problem but they wanted me to fill out the credit app online and that was cool and Danny but there's no reason to pull a hard hard copy of my credit report if I'm coming up to go look at the vehicle because if there's more things that need to be done to where then I want to put into it I probably wouldn't do the deal and I'd have a hard thing on my credit report that I wouldn't be able to get taken off so other than that them telling me to go do that even though they knew I wanted to get it checked first was my only irritation. But something came up and I had to register another vehicle that I have in my personal access right now so I may have to wait a couple months before I want to go up there and do that but my job allows me to travel all over so I might get to go up there if I can this month and check out the vehicle to see if it's something that I really really want before someone else gets it so yes Joe I appreciate you working with me and look forward to consuming this business transaction soon. 2023 Volvo S60 review
First Volvo I have owned and I love it, it is the best car I have owned. I previously had Mercedes and BMW, this beats both hands down in looks, equipment and performance. I went for the Ultimate trim level, the dealership had a Plus and the Ultimate available. The plus is great, but the Ultimate has so much more, HUD, 360 degree camera etc. Touches like the fog lights activating at night when you turn the wheel so whichever direction you're turning has extra lighting and the headlight washers that pop up out of the bumper to help keep your lights bright just add to the overall feeling of quality. The exterior styling is striking, and in storm grey with the bright finish it catches the eye and gets compliments on looks. Mine has the Polestar engineering extra which makes performance very entertaining, I have yet to put it in Polestar mode (sport mode) but in normal mode this thing takes off like a rocket.

Before buying used, have an independent mechanic check it over. I had a bad experience with the dealer with several expensive issues shortly after my purchase. Brakes, alignment/tires, shock and steering wheel electronics (voice command, radio). The steering wheel electronics problem is common.

2013 Volvo S60 review
I have owned my 2013 S60 T6 AWD for a little over 2 years now and it is an exceptional car. The looks, the power, the handling, all around a very solid and capable vehicle. I have taken it on several road trips and every mile is a joy to drive - I have not had any serious issues and have just done regular maintenance. Would highly recommend the 3.0 T6 AWD S60 if you can find one!

2017 Volvo S60 review
I was reluctant on buying another S60 as my previous 2012 model had engine issues that led to engine failure at just 120,000 miles. However, with the 2017 model having a new engine and transmission setup, I decided to give it another shot. At 115,000 miles I haven’t experienced any mechanical issues of any sort. The performance is pretty great for the small 2.0 liter engine pumping 240 hp which pairs pretty well with the 8 speed automatic transmission sourced from Toyota. The interior is very beautiful with the real leather seats, however for 2017 it was definitely starting to age. The exterior design is absolutely immaculate, however at 7 years old it has started to experience paint chips leading to minor rust. I wouldn’t 100% blame the paint as rocks and road debris also contributed to this. The comfort in the seats is very amazing, however it’s not perfect as the cabin noise is louder than most other luxury cars. Overall I love this car and have been very pleased with its improved reliability.

After posting my review Alex R (GM) reached out to me and left his phone number so I could contact him. Alex is truly trying to change the perception of the business and is very professional. He sent me a check for the money I put into the vehicle to get the brakes fixed. He did not have to do this but he did. Before you over react as I did and posting a review, I would recommend contacting Alex. He's patient and listens to what you have to say. Never interrupted me one time. The few words he said were "what can I do to make this right." I think GretnaAuto has something good with Alex and I hope the see it themselves as well.
2018 Volvo S90 review
I bought 2018 s90 pre owned Volvo about 2wks ago. Was going to buy a Cad they couldn't get the air-condition to work and I live in Fl. so they brought the Volvo. I've heard they are good but never thought of buying one. We drove it and bought it. I can't believe the room it has. No way I can list all the features it has. I have spent hrs watching YouTube to learn how everything works and I still don't know all.
