The XC90 is a beautiful and functional SUV. There is plenty of storage space, seating is comfortable, and the large screen is very functional. The cameras are extremely helpful. I am so glad I purchased this car.

The XC70 station wagon design provides excellent visibility. Volvo should have kept it in its lineup. The interior quality is excellent and the technology is intuitively user friendly. The safety features on this car make driving it reassuring and fun.

Initially we were looking at the Range Rover Discovery and stumbled onto the Volvo XC60. As we compared the two we found the XC60 to have more technical, comfort and safety features. My husband is 6.6' and he says it's a much more comfortable ride for him than the Range Rover as well. We are very happy first time Volvo owners! Remembering a commercial slogan from our youth, " At Volvo we don't offer any rebates. Of course, when you build a good car you don't have to pay someone to buy it!"
oVERALL, THE DEALER PROVIDED ENOUGH INFORMQTION VIQA OUR COMMUNICATION THAT I WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR A TEST DRIVE.
I did not end up purchasing the vehicle due to the carfax report though would ceratinly consider retuning to the dealer due to the pleasurable experience

I love the car except for the seat settings. Being short I accidentally edit those every time I exit the car. Also, the pedals don’t adjust forward, so I had blocks put onto the pedals and left foot rest
Service staff is inconsiderate and unresponsive
Exceptional support from the sales staff (Sandy Stein) and the GM (Barry Goodman). Fully explained every aspect of the cost, car features, lease details, etc. This is our 7th car from 128 Volvo and the team there is the primary reason we return. There are many other vehicles we could choose, but we choose 128 Volvo due to the service and family atmosphere from Barry and Sandy.

Service department was very attentive and handled my concern in a very expedient manner. The service manager was very good about communicating options and the waiting area was very comfortable with nice amenities.

This car meets my families needs. It has a great infotainment system. The chairs are comfortable and it has a lot of safety features. The XC90 T6 suprisongly has a lot of power for a 4-cylinder.
We recently moved to Ri/Conn. border and still came North to buy our 5th vehicle from 128 Volvo. Great salesman Steve and great management team.

I bought a 2016 XC 90 T6 Momentum new from the dealer in Jan 2016. I loved it so much in the beginning. It was smooth and quiet and I knew it was one of the safest cars out there. I have 3 kids and we used it as our primary car for family vacations, visiting family out of state and local everything. I am a true soccer mom. But gradually over the al most 3 years we had it it was one thing after another. Some small some major. Tons of recalls and updates. I love over an hour away from the dealer and they were great about getting me a loaner car. But I basically took a full day and sometimes two out of my week to drive it there, wait on it or go do some shopping for a day while it was fixed or updated. Several times I had to leave it for more than one day. Air conditioner never worked good. Was super loud. Defrost only worked on max and was too noisy. Engine would skip out and had the spark plugs serviced or replaced multiple times. The most annoying was this rattle in the front passenger door that sounded like something was loose in there. When you at in that seat it made yo nuts on a longer trip. I asked to have that fixed and after checking it out for a few hours they said after 12k miles that wasn't covered and its would be my own bill. This was my husbands last straw. But I still tried to hang on.IT also had a leaky coolant hose once while my husband was over an hour away at a soccer game with kids and it broke down on the side of the road and had to be towed. I had to go get him and we wasted an entire day. the Biggest issue was the engine light came on multiple times. Each time I would take it in and a few times they said it needed spark plugs and also that they were awaiting a service update from Volvo and actually didn't know how to fix it! while the light was on the engine continued to perform less and less powerful and finally the warranty went off at 50k miles and I was at daughters senior photo shoot an hour away and it smelled awful of smoke and burning. I had to take it back to dealer and they found a hose was leaking coolant again. But engine light was still on and I didn't feel safe driving it. I wrote to Volvo Corp. and complained that now I that the light was on all the time how do I know when a new problem arises that it isn't a new issue? and it isn't covered under warranty anymore so it had to be fixed. They replaced fuel injectors spark plugs AGAIN and said they did a lot of work on it and it was covered. Which I was happy for. I had a new loaner for almost 2 weeks. My husband and I were just over it and finally traded it in on an Audi Q7 this weekend. They need to get this car improved. Maybe the 2017 or 2018 models are better.
Always a great experience at 128 Volvo/Saab. Special thanks to Dave Patti, Service Manager, and his entire team. They have kept my 2010 V70 R-Design in great shape. 175K miles and still going strong thanks to them!!

We were searching for well over several months for a used, specific Volvo XC90 trim package under a certified program. Our research on Cars.com paid off as we spotted a great deal in a neighboring state (worth the 90 mile drive) and the sales team from sale rep to management were superb. It was perhaps the smoothest and most pleasant dealership experience we've ever had. Car is in pristine condition, it's well covered by the certified warranty for several more years and we just took it on a family road trip and realized, THIS was worth the wait and research on Cars.com, which is our go to site for cars for the whole family.....
I bought a pre-owned one year old XC60 from Brian Mchayle. I stopped in to look at a vehicle that I saw online but Brian suggested the one that I purchased and I am so happy that he did. I was an extremely difficult and indecisive customer but Brian was patient with me the whole time. He never acted like a "salesman" at all but he was persistent (which was what I needed). I ended up picking the vehicle up at the very end of the day and Brian and his team never made me feel bad about them having to stay late for me. I've purchased a lot of luxury vehicles at a lot of dealerships over the years and I have to say that Brian and his team at Steingold are top notch all the way. The car was spotless when I picked it up as well. Very pleasurable experience and I highly recommend that you stop in an see Brian if you are in the market for a Volvo.

My second Volvo XC90, and totally enjoyable every day, from the comfortable leather seats, fully appointed and feature rich interior, and fantastic sound system with all of the latest electronic and wireless features integrated into the car. Excellent handling, safe and ergonomic all around. An awesome expression of Swedish design elegance.
Direct answers to questions resulted in easy and quick completion of sale. Everyone was helpful. Mostly transacted by phone, then came in for a test drive on vehicle selected.

Recent trip to Pa. 3100 miles 119 gals gas,26 mpg highway and 2 lane mountain. This car handled back mountain roads like dream even in downpour. I gave it a 4star on interior design because it could use more leg room in second row seating.
Everyone was very patient and extremely nice to deal with. I didn't feel rushed and everyone made sure I understood about the vehicle before I left. They all took care of me to the max. Very happy doing business with Steingold Volvo.

Between check engine lights and massive water leaks and worn out brakes at 20k miles this truck isn’t worth the hype. The made in China stamps I see on a lot of the interior parts confirm this thing is cheap. The dash board leather peeling off and did mention water leaks. Also still uses too much oil,factory says pistons and rings are no good oil light comes on.
Walked into a 20k service on my S60 and walked out with a new xc40 that I didn???t even know Volvo made. Michael was patient, no pressure, and knowledgeable. He read me well...better than myself apparently that day! Thank you for an easy and comfortable experience!

I really like the bells and whistles on this vehicle. I have received so many compliments on my car. I will purchase another Volvo in the future.
Bought a used S60. Car was beautiful, spotless inside and out. Steingold Volvo made the process painless. Brian Mchayle was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked with us on making the deal. The paperwork was completed in record time in comparison to other dealers I have dealt with before. Every step was explained indetail by Brian. Everyone there made us feel like our business mattered to them. This is my first Volvo,so far I love it. Highly recommend this dealer. I would go back to them again.

Just downsized from an XC90 and I just love this SUV. Has many features I have in an S60. Very sporty and easy to maneuver.
Low key and easy and I got what I wanted. Environment was friendly. Negotiations went smoothly. Tutorial with the car was clear. I also felt that if I had any other questions, they would be happy to help.

I added a S90 to my luxury taxi fleet, the base T5 Momentum is plenty to accelerate into the highway and I average 28mpg, my customers seem to enjoy the quiet ride and plenty of leg room, if music is preferred mine has the B&W upgrade stereo that is super fantastic. The car is almost crash proof with all the tech. I am enjoying it and looking forward to adding a 2018 when they reach the used price point that works for my situation.
I've been a Steingold customer for over 8 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They make the buyin experience so easy, convenient and concise.
