Luke & David we soo helpful. They were never pushy and did not waste time trying to sell us on something we did not want. I received an email quote from David, we went to test drive the car and within a short time, we had a new Kia Sedona!! Such a great experience!

I had called and scheduled a Saturday appt with Paul a few days ago. I came in this morning to get my wifes 2017 s60 it's first service and inspection. I was recognized and greeted by Scott as I walked in the service department. I was the first customer and he was expecting me. After a brief chat, I went to the waiting room area to look at the new cars in the showroom. Shortly, Scott and Ted from sales arrived and also recognized/greeted me. As I left the dealer upon my car being completed, Brad said hello and wished me and my family a Happy Thanksgiving. I love how Stillman Volvo makes an effort to build relationships with their customers and to make them feel like part of the Stillman Volvo family. It's more than just a business/customer transaction like most dealers but rather a lifetime of care and safety from the cars down to the staff. I look forward to many years of getting my new Volvo serviced here. Stillman Volvo for life!

My wife and I were searching for a midsized SUV. The XC90 was one of our preferred choices mainly because of its safety ratings. It also comes fully equipped with all the bells and whistles which certainly influenced our decision. So far it has exceeded our expectations. David was great! Very helpful and made our buying experience a pleasure. Would definitely recommend this dealership and David to anyone who is considering purchasing a Volvo. The dealership was very busy during our visit which did have us waiting for a little while. Overall very positive experience.
My wife & I have been shopping for the right Used Volvo S60 for a few months. In Maine where we live there were very few S60 in the used S60 to choose from and most were out of our budget. We extended our search to the mid-atlantic and south-east US in hopes of finding one that had not seen "Maine Winters". We had a profoundly poor shopping experience in the South East and decided to only consider a certified pre-owned. When I contacted David he was very helpful in reviewing the car with me, sending very detailed photos, and service inspection information. Due to the popularity of this car I had concerns that after driving 9 hours to see it it would be sold. Ted kindly held the car for me the day I drove down to ensure my trip would not be wasted. As David was off that wednesday Scott handled the sale. Scott really went out of his way to help me turn in my rental and give me a ride back to the dealership. I even got a short tour if the beautiful area there in West Chester. All three of these gents were excellent to work with. The car was just what my wife has been looking for. Thank you Stillman's for your most professional dealership & employing such wonderful people! I would gladly make that 9 hour drive again when it is time for our next Volvo.
I experienced a little hiccup with this dealership, but it was quicky resolved by Mr. Paul Nogrady. After speaking with Paul about my issue, he assured me that he would "make things right." I must say, Paul didn't make things right, he actually MADE EVERYTHING BETTER! The vehicle that I purchased was BETTER than the one I initially wanted. The experience that I had with him was BETTER than any of my other car buying experiences, and Porsche of the Mainline is BETTER than any other dealership I have dealt with. I cannot express enough gratitude to Paul, Frank, and Taylor. Thanks again for your professionalism.

The best car buying experience ever. I ordered a white 2019 X3 and when it was already 3 weeks into production I decided I wanted to change the color to black. The dealership said no problem as we will put it in the showroom and we will sell it anyway. Next my car came in with the right color but incorrect trim. Again they stood behind their mistake and said no problem. They ordered me in a fresh vehicle and I received it within 3 weeks. My old car had depreciated in the process however both Mark K. my salesman and Nick D. the sales manager stood behind their word and worked everything out, gave me the same trade-in value and made sure they stood by the numbers originally quoted! They made the whole buying process extremely easy and their BMW genius Safe is amazing as well and spent a lot of time with me going over the vehicle. I am in love with my new car and will be purchasing many more BMW's in my future and I will never look elsewhere! You will leave this dealership knowing that you made the right choice as they are honest, trustworthy and have integrity! Thanks again to everyone at mainline BMW!
