I went and purchased a used 4runner from Hertz and it was EXACTLY what car buying experience SHOULD always be. I even got there a little bit earlier than the open hours but I was greeted right away by Joseph W., who from the very start, listened to what specifically I wanted and did not pressure me into anything that I didn't want/need. Joseph is an awesome guy to buy a car from. I am not a first time buyer, and I went expecting the classic annoying car salesman behavior, but never once, for even a second, did I feel like Joseph did not have my best interest in mind (That is something very strange in car dealerships). Once I was finalizing the deal and thought that the experience couldn't have went better, I even got a discount and free rentals just for being a Hertz Gold Member, awesome ! I would highly recommend Hertz, and more specifically this location due to its great team, to anyone buying a car who wants to know they are getting the best deal possible and working with truly honest people.

Awesome car. Simply the most car you can buy for the $$$. Only short coming would be for a person without home charging since DC charging is not the fastest on the Bolt. If you took a VW Golf GTI and mashed it with an old school quite, cushy Cadillac and made it cheap to own and run like say a Prius you would have the Bolt.

I am an active military member stationed in Virginia. I was in the market for a small vehicle for my Daughter who attends school in Arizona. As you know, car buying can be a tricky, complex, and at times be a downright sleezy experience. My situation was made a little worse due to my inability to actually travel to Phoenix to make the purchase. This meant that my wife and Daughter, neither of which has ever purchased a vehicle, had to close the deal. I reached out to several dealerships in the vicinity of I17 and Bell road, most of which had fair advertised prices. However, once I got into the details that determine the out the door price, the shady/sleezy part showed its head. Mandatory tint, mandatory paint protection, extra charge for warranty, extra charge for a cash deal. All garbage used to justify a lower advertised price and prey on clients with inexperience, low credit or low IQ. There was no way I was sending my family into that mess. One of the many discussions I had with the many dealerships was with a man name Brian Cruz at the Bell road Hertz location. From moment one he gave it to me straight. No haggle means no haggle. Can't adjust the costs to meet my budget. The deal advertised is the deal. We worked through the numbers and not only were they fair but they were also considerably lower than the competition. No kidding $2,000 less than the next nearest competitor for the same car and mileage. I know Brian doesn't get to set prices or sales policy at Hertz but he does get to be part of it. Thank you Brian and thank you Hertz for cutting an honest and fair deal from moment one in the process. I will recommend you to anyone in my circle of family and friends! Enemies can go across the street!

Small but mighty. Best value EV for first and long term cost. Great acceleration and braking, especially when using Regen paddle. Nice GM incentive to pay for 220V garage charger as it is needed for overnight recharge. I bought the EV1 model since I didn't needed heated seats in Florida, but would have liked forward crash collision braking and side mirror lane changing warning. Overall, the Bolt EV is ideal for me.

Recently purchased a Toyota Corolla from here. The experience was much better than what I am used to with most dealerships. Not having to haggle and fight over the price was great. I decided it was time to "retire" our 2006 BMW M3 convertible as a second car and just keep it garaged until the sun comes out and we want a top down drive through the mountains of southwest Virginia. But my wife was not excited at the prospect of a 3rd vehicle that has no place in our retirement budget. I have been looking at EVs or plug-in hybrids but all were too expensive as a third vehicle and I had almost resigned to wait to replace our Honda Accord in a couple more years with a plug-in hybrid as range issues still bothered me with EVs (except perhaps Tesla, but didn't want a Muskmobile). When I found a Bolt Lt1 at a dealer who was willing to sell below MSRP and give me the $7500 tax rebate up front, the decision became extraordinarily simple. A brand new, pretty good electric vehicle with full warranty and a 250+ mile range for under $20K. Amazing. Likes: cheap, reasonably comfortable, lots of room for a small car, handles reasonably well, steering is good, one pedal driving is fantastic, electric motor smoothness/quiet, no gas! Chevy pays for some or all installation of a level 2 charger plug. Dislikes: In my 1LT trim, no heated seats, rake of front windshield causes "A" pillar to be in the way when making left hand turns. Just purchased the Bolt so can't speak to reliability issues. This is a perfect 2nd car. Use it for all your normal short/medium trips (most of most peoples' driving lives) and use no gas. Keep your older, larger car for road trips or when you need to carry adult passengers in back. Buy one while you can!

What a game changer! I get it now. EV is not for everyone but it is here to stay. I gave up a really nice VW for a Bolt EV. This car is a combination of all the cars I've owned. Its fun, fast, comfortable, roomy and best of all no more fuel. This car will put a smile on your face each time you drive it. It will surprise almost all cars & trucks with its instant power. If you are in the market and don't want to spend too much then get a BOLT EV. You will love it.

My wife and I bought a car from this dealership a few years ago, and now that it’s time for me to get a new car, I went back. We had such a positive experience the first time, that I knew that’s where I wanted to be. Brian, who helped us last time recognized me right away and even remembered my wife’s and my name! I wasn’t pressured at all and he showed me every car I wanted to look at and allowed me to drive each and every one. Such a different experience buying a car at this Hertz location than other dealerships.

My first EV and I could not be happier. My gas bill is down and my electric bill has increased but not too bad. The money I have saved on gas has more than covered my electric bill increase. Great ride, comfy, and safe

This is by far the best EV for the people that want a real drivers car. I have driven a lot of different EVs and mostly are numb and feel real heavy, this one is not lightweight but hides it real well and corners/handles like a real Porsche.

Bought my Crosstrek from the dealer, and have owned many cars, raced cars, built cars, and even owned my own auto repair shop. The 2013 was first year out, and yes it has improved over the years so I can't leave a 5-star review. The strong points for me have been reliability and looks. Secondary has been a 4cyl with great gas mileage, and decent performance. Interior noise is a little higher than an SUV like a 4Runner, sound system sucks, and Subaru probably should have mated it with a turbo, but overall it has been a great ride, and Subaru fixed many of these issues in later editions. The AWD is amazing in the rain! For those that have the oil consumption in later years, just add engine "restore", and the issue is solved. Replace your bearing w/ the backing plates, and you should be good to go for another 100K. For the first year out, Subaru did an amazing job.

Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.
