I didn?t take it to My regular dealer like a dummy and boy am imdorry. already I don?t want it Mercedes. End found tons wrong after I ignorantly bought it. They saved my life there was something seriously wrong I could have killed myself and or hurt /or killed someone else . We bought an older Honda Element from S&J and couldn’t be happier. The car had been thoroughly gone through and runs perfectly. We had a minor a/c issue that showed up in the hot weather and S&J addressed and repaired it promptly and correctly. It’s rare to see Outstanding customer service after the money has changed hands but these guys provided just that! Thanks guys!

Bought my Crosstrek from the dealer, and have owned many cars, raced cars, built cars, and even owned my own auto repair shop. The 2013 was first year out, and yes it has improved over the years so I can't leave a 5-star review. The strong points for me have been reliability and looks. Secondary has been a 4cyl with great gas mileage, and decent performance. Interior noise is a little higher than an SUV like a 4Runner, sound system sucks, and Subaru probably should have mated it with a turbo, but overall it has been a great ride, and Subaru fixed many of these issues in later editions. The AWD is amazing in the rain! For those that have the oil consumption in later years, just add engine "restore", and the issue is solved. Replace your bearing w/ the backing plates, and you should be good to go for another 100K. For the first year out, Subaru did an amazing job.

One cold day in March, while in for routine service on my 12-year-old 130,000+ mile XC60 (btw, Lovering’s service department is the best!), I went upstairs (Nashua) to check out the latest XC60’s. I knew I’d get a new one ‘soon’ but I wasn’t sure of ‘how’ – purchase or lease. As I wandered around, Dan Carlen asked me if he could help. So we sat down for quite a little while so he could teach me about leasing. I never forgot how knowledgeable and willing he was to spend such time with me. And he’s friendly, too. So four months later, in July, when the time for ‘soon’ had arrived, my wife and I immediately sought out Dan. We learned he was ‘on loan’ to Lovering in Concord. Nevertheless he was willing to come into Nashua the next day, his day off! Dan made sure our experience went very smoothly. He spent the time we needed to learn all the new features on the new XC60. This is a well-designed and solidly built car. It is just what we needed for road trips, recreation exploration and zipping around town. Plenty of room for the size we were looking for. The front console is a little busy, but this is our first Volvo so we just need to adapt to the new layout.

My first Volvo coming from BMW’s. It’s very affordable to fix and initial cost. It’s comfortable and heated front and rear seats and steering wheel was a real selling point. Automatic transmission shifts ok also has sport mode or manual shifting options. Gas mileage is decent. Has start stop option you can turn on or off. Back up cam is great. Visibility all around is great for being a larger vehicle. No blind spots. Love it so far!

I own a 2019 2nd Allroad I've owned. I have a preium plus summer & winter package. I have the lower thigh support. Great on fuel but it runs on preium gas. Handling is great, and the ride makes you want to keep driving it. I never had issues with my 2014 and after a year & half nearing 35K miles I have only changed oil rotated the tires. Audi dealerships treat you Right. Not impressed with BMW, my wife's car spends it's life at the dealership! Quatro over X-drive no comparison! U will enjoy UR Audi experience.
