And this is not the first time this has happened... it's like the 8th. Go to this dealership if you want a pre-owned BMW. Don't waste your time anywhere else. Seriously. Been a loyal customer for 10+ years, and they have never failed to impress me.

I got the Prius V particularly because instead of an SUV or sporty crossover I wanted a bit more of a station wagon feel (not as big as a mini van) that would be long enough to put a bunk bed single mattress in the back (It is). I love the fuel economy and the extra size. I traded in my '06 Prius for this Prius V. I've only has it about 5 hours but think I'm going to love it! I love the Blizzard Pearl. Would have also been happy with Sea Glass Pearl....

Francesca Hamilton recently sold me a Volvo XC60 Hybrid plug-in at the Nashua dealership. I had not purchased a new vehicle in 13 years. I had much to learn, like what is a “trim” and how to “pair” my cellphone and the vehicle. Then there were the endless safety features and advantages of owning a plug-in model. In our two hours together, Francesca covered it all. She was polite and eager to explain the workings of the new technology. She carefully answered my questions, when other salespersons might have, understandably, rolled their eyes and took a deep breath. Francesca carefully explained the various bonuses and rebates and the advantages of the lease/buy program, which resulted in significant savings. After taking 3 pages of notes on the trim options and vehicle lease-buy-back plan, off we went for a test drive. With no pressure from Francesca to rush back to the dealership, together we covered the open highway and side streets of Nashua. As a final note, I was sold on the XC60 and made the purchase a day or two later. However, here is not where the story ends. I spoke with Francesca a couple of days later about my difficulty with setting up some of the electronic features on the dashboard. She invited me back to her office this week to help guide me through some of the more difficult features. Francesca is a truly gifted and skilled salesperson. I give her five stars and recommend to anyone to make Francesca’s desk their first stop when shopping for a new vehicle. She is well deserving of any monthly bonus of which she may be entitled. I have now driven the Volvo V60 CC for three weeks and I'm very happy with my purchase. It is very comfortable and has a number of safety features. The gas mileage is exactly as advertised, 25 mpg of mixed driving.

John at Drum Hill is the best buying experience I have had in years. He is very professional, his office manager is very responsive to her customers. They shipped my Mini Cooper to Maryland thru the snow. My Wife has since taken it from me. Their prices are very fair and the vehicle was in excellent condition!! I've had my 2019 Bolt Premier for a month now and it's really a clever little vehicle. Nimble and fun to drive with lots of room (can fit two mt bikes in the back). Coming from a VW GTI I expected the Bolt to be a substantial step down, but it's not. Granted the GTI is leagues ahead in both interior and exterior build quality, but the Bolt is no slouch in terms of what a fun-sized EV hatch should be. With a low center of gravity, loads of "O" torque and a decent suspension, the Bolt doesn't embarrass itself while performing it's appointed tasks around town. Sure, the steering could benefit from taking a communications class and the brakes are less than linier but the single pedal driving dynamic is outstanding (I could seriously go on for a while regarding how intuitive the one pedal regen system is on the Bolt, kudos to GM for their work on this feature). The rest of the gripes about the Bolt (plastic interior, uncomfortable front seats, low res screens, odd styling) I think miss the mark regarding the sum of it's parts. At the end of the day, does the Bolt deliver a satisfying experience and leave you with a smile? Absolutely!

Amazing experience. I'd recommend anyone looking for a car to try CarMax first... There's zero pressure, tons of beautiful vehicles, and just an all around great place. Will definitely be buying from here in the future. They're willing to work with you if you don't have the best credit, and most importantly, they're just honest and transparent. Two very important things when spending tens of thousands of dollars. Put it this way, it was great enough experience for me to come online and leave reviews all over!

The car is very reliable, bigger in the inside than you would expect, rides smooth, but the best part is its perfect for shorter people.

Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.

Bought my Crosstrek from the dealer, and have owned many cars, raced cars, built cars, and even owned my own auto repair shop. The 2013 was first year out, and yes it has improved over the years so I can't leave a 5-star review. The strong points for me have been reliability and looks. Secondary has been a 4cyl with great gas mileage, and decent performance. Interior noise is a little higher than an SUV like a 4Runner, sound system sucks, and Subaru probably should have mated it with a turbo, but overall it has been a great ride, and Subaru fixed many of these issues in later editions. The AWD is amazing in the rain! For those that have the oil consumption in later years, just add engine "restore", and the issue is solved. Replace your bearing w/ the backing plates, and you should be good to go for another 100K. For the first year out, Subaru did an amazing job.

I had a good experience. Traded in my old car and bought a used Honda. Been driving it for around two years no problem. Big fan of CarMax.

I went from owning a 2003 Monte Carlo SS to a 2017 Subaru Outback. It was worth every penny. My Subaru is not only reliable, functional, and cute; it also saved me from being injured in a bad crash. This past fall a six point buck hit my car head on and I never saw it coming. It was a fatal crash for the deer, but not for me. As heartbroken as I was to see my car crumpled on the front, I was so glad it wasn't me. It was a repairable fix and made me really appreciate my car.

The Bolt is the perfect car for commuting and errands around town, particularly if you can charge at home. It is small on the outside but spacious on the inside (at least in the front seats). It is surprisingly peppy - you can easily get the tires to chirp in accelerating. On the downside, not all Bolts have DC fast charging, which would make it impractical for road trips and if you don't have home charging. Check charge port for the orange cap - that means it has DC charging. The Bolts with DC charging only charge at 55 kw, slower than most. Road trips are possible, but it will take an hour to charge every 250 miles. Overall, the Bolt is fun to drive, practical, and great value for money.

This is my 3 Volvo. After leaving to buy another make of a car was an experience in itself. Working with Ronnie and Gavin from beginning to the end....in the dealership or over the phone was a pleasure. From the minute you walk in and until you leave you are taken care of. Glad to be back fantastic staff.

We bought an XC60 5 years ago from the dealership and Mike Coogan was our contact. He was rather new but he knew his stuff. We told him that we’d see him again. Guess what? Saw him last week. And yes we are now proud owners of an XC90. He has complete knowledge of the different Volvo models and he makes sure you are satisfied with his answer. But the best part of his presentation is that there is no “pressure “ to have one make a decision right there. The question doesn’t come up. Mike is valuable asset to the dealership and stands high on the mountain of salespeople. We have bought 4 Volvos from the dealership over the years. Oh one more thing. He is one heck of a person.

We purchased a used Ford Focus on August 3, 2016 from S&J Motor for my husband. He passed away in 2020 and I turned his car over to my granddaughter when she got her license 2 years ago. The car is still running without a single problem!

Had this car for 10 years not a problem (touch wood ) 😊 CVT all good until now . Really recommend this car for a daily drive. Exterior is way nicer then the 2.0 personal preference

Everything reaping to my vehicle was great. I think the snack bar could be better utilized and a snack machine should be available. As a diabetic, things went south and a panic almost set in.
