2024 GMC Yukon review
Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. My experience at Fred Haas Toyota World has been the best and quickest I've ever had when purchasing a new car. I recently bought a 2025 Sienna, and Mr. Kamran Durrani assisted me throughout the past month in reserving the vehicle and completing the purchase. This was the first time I felt truly indebted to the sales representative for helping me buy a car. Ms. Jennifer Welch from finance was exceptional, as she not only engaged in negotiations on already reasonable prices for the warranty packages I needed but also demonstrated kindness, efficiency, and speed in finalizing the deal. For context, I've exchanged over 20 cars in the last 20 years, so I speak from experience. Mr. Durrani is outstanding—fair and logical in his approach. He even showed me a used Sienna before I decided to reserve the new one, and allowed me to reserve the New Sienna without the $500 deposit required for reserving the minivan. Why is this significant? Let me explain. More than a year ago, at another location of Fred Haas Toyota (Fred Haas Toyota Country), I had paid $500 to reserve a Sienna in a color I particularly wanted (Brown, which is no longer available). However, after more than three hours of negotiations—where I found the price-inflated essential-to-me warranty packages—at the dealership, I was unable to finalize the purchase. They refused to refund me the $500. I distinctly remember driving home about 40 minutes at night time with my wife beside me, feeling embarrassed and disappointed, promising myself I would never visit that dealership again. I hope they found some value in that $500 (I say this sincerely, not sarcastically).
2024 Nissan Sentra review
I HAD TWO (MINOR?) PROBLEMS WITH MY NISSAN SENTRA SV 2024 SO FAR; REPAIRED BY THE CAR BASIC WARRANTY (I ONLY ‘PAID’ IN TIME WAITING IN THE NISSAN SERVICE CENTER). 1. BATTERY SUDDENLY DRAINED: THE PROBLEM BEGAN AT AROUND 3,200 MILES AND IT TOOK THREE DIAGNOSTIC VISITS, THE LAST ONE FOCUSING ON THE PARASITIC DRAIN, TO FIND A PROBLEM INVOLVING THE BATTERY. BATTERY AND RELATED PARTS REPLACED SUCCESSFULLY (COVERED BY BASIC WARRANTY). 2. POWER WINDOWS MECHANISM BROKE DOWN AND HAD TO BE REPLACED. IT WAS AROUND 5,200 MILES (COVERED BY BASIC WARRANTY).

2023 Ford Explorer review
Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

2024 Ford F-150 review
Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

2024 Nissan Rogue review
I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited review
It’s currently summer 2025, I’ve owned my 2020 Wrangler Sahara since spring 2021. I LOVE my jeep and have had ZERO issues with it. This is my 2 nd Wrangler, first one was 2915 New. No issues with it at either. Mine is a 4 cl turbo. I didn’t want that I wanted a 6 cl. My husband convinced me to buy it and I’m glad I did. I have 59,000. Miles currently and I haven’t had to replace anything besides general maintenance.

I purchased a 2019 Honda Civic Touring at Honda of Tomball in November of 2019. I have purchased many vehicles throughout my life and this was the best auto transaction that I have ever experienced. We have owned six Honda’s including recently purchasing a 2018 CRV at John Eagle Honda last December just before Honda of Tomball opened (for tax purposes we could not wait). John Eagle Honda’s cars have built in profit with ridiculous dealer added options such as “nitrogen filled tires” and a “theft tracking device” totaling $2000 of dealer added items a $995 destination charge. I sure wish Honda of Tomball would have been open last December as they PLAY NONE OF THESE GAMES AND CHARGE NONE OF THESE FEE’S. They added $150 to the car. Thats it. They didn’t even charge for the window tint or wheel locks. We negotiated a fantastic price VIA TEXT MESSAGE - 0 Hassle. We then negotiated a fantastic interest rate. I had a very professional team assigned to me consisting of Dustin Riley - Sales, Joshua Foust - Sales Mgr, Steve Stromatt - Finance and Zach Barra - Finance Mgr. I have been purchasing vehicles for 35 years and Honda of Tomball is the best that I have ever dealt with. I will buy all of our future Honda’s from them.

02/20/2023 We are Lexus Lovers, I called the dealership to Team Gillman Acura North, and we (my husband and my adult son Wesley went to see the car after I made an appointment with the nicest salesman named Nicholas,(Nick) because we had found a Lexus my son liked and it was still there. The salesman Nick was so polite and courteous, and knowledgeable. We were there to trade an older Lexus for the newer Lexus we saw in the ad, we were pleased to have a caring salesperson and all the staff that was so friendly and caring that we felt like we were dealing with family. I loved Nick as he shared photos of his beautiful wife and small child and then he introduced us to Eduardo, the head of finance, and I just loved both of them so much I had to hug them, I'm a southern lady, I never meet a stranger, these people were all there to help my son trade his Lexus and buy another Lexus that he decided he wanted. We were so happy that these two men worked so hard to make sure that my son made the purchase and the trade was successful and they got Marco another nice man to close the deal exactly as we all agreed. We will do business with these nice people again! P.S. My son did have to bring the car back in for service the next day, and we are still dealing with that, but we are believing the service people will do excellent work on it, which is why I still gave a 5-star rating. May God, The Holy Spirit bless all the men that were so kind and helpful to us, and I ask The Lord to help the servicemen do an excellent job on Wesley's newer Lexus car that he purchased. Love Ya! 2024 Hyundai TUCSON Hybrid review
A big contributing factor in choosing the Hyundai brand was my previous experience with two different Elantra that I had a 2007 and a 2015. Both my mom and sister have driven only the Hyundai brand for the last 20 years or so with good results. My interest in the hybrid vehicle has been around since the Ford Escape came out. In 2021 I finally had the right circumstances to purchase one a Ford Escape. Last year a major recall occurred there was no way to solve the issue. So I traded it in for a 2024 Tucson Hybrid the NLine Trim. Both vehicles are similarly equipped. My only two dislike about the Tucson it lacks a place to store your eye glasses in. The other item is the shift arrangement it’s a push button type thing I prefer a wheel type selector that was in the Escape or the old fashion way. I still have under 2000 miles on the Tucson. Before purchasing it I did some read some of the reviews. Some mention the gasoline mileage as a concern. Comparing the two hybrid vehicles I still fill up once a month and probably get the same amount of gas. My commute is about 20 minutes one way. There seems to be more storage capacity in the Tucson. Both vehicles do not have a spare tire and have that fix a flat type of deal. The back up camera works great both during the day and night. Over all it’s a great vehicle. I would recommend it.

2022 Ford Explorer review
I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

2026 Nissan Murano review
This is the first Murano I have had the Nissan Rouge. I am so glad we bought this car. It is truly a comfortable car. The ride is very nice. I bought the two tone and love it. 2026 Kia Sorento review
We bought our 2026 Kia Sorento SX in Sept. 2025. It is equipped with a 2.5-liter, turbo charged engine. We really liked the exterior look of the Sorento. The interior is nicely appointed and comfortable. The engine produces 280 HP, so there is plenty of power when you need it. We are still getting used to the Dual Clutch transmission. It has different characteristics than automatic transmissions in previous vehicles we have owned. The Sorento is comfortable to drive, but there is a lack of road feel that we had to get used to. The dual use toggle switch that controls the climate system and infotainment system can be confusing. We also find there is excessive wind noise when going faster than 40 MPH. In the first 3000 miles we have driven the Sorento, we have one recall for a software problem, and we experienced a dead battery with no apparent cause. Overall, we like the Sorento, but we are concerned about its long-term reliability.

2025 Honda CR-V review
The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

2023 Nissan Kicks review
A lot of pros to this vehicle. The only thing I wished Nissan would make better is, the pickup when ya hit the gas pedal. It is sluggish for a split second, and boggs down some... however, it runs great and after the sluggishness, it goes. Great passing gear and so easy to drive. All the bells & whistles on it alert you of every and anything you can think of. I appreciate those features. Comfort is top tier for me, the seats hug you and easy to adjust. The sound system, Bose, is amazing. Just too many features to speak about. Does great in gas in the city, haven't had it on any road trips yet. The kicks rides well also. Plenty of room and can haul a lot of things in it, as the back seats fold down. Only thing I can say negative about the vehicle is how it's sluggish/boggs down some for a minute when ya press gas to go. Hopefully Nissan fixes that in their new models here in out.
