We purchased A used vehicle from Metrowest Acura. The car was in our price range and priced below most other dealerships. The frustrating thing was the complicated way we had to purchase the vehicle. We drove from out of state 3 hours One way. The deal ship knew we were coming but did not inform us the person to complete the paperwork for our purchase wasn’t working that day so we had to drive the 3 hours again to sign the papers needed to purchase the vehicle. Again on this second visit the person who signs off the title was not in the office so we didn’t get all the paperwork needed and it took them a few dats to send the papers in the mail. We brought transfer plates from our state on the second visit to drive the car home. Most of these headaches could be avoided if Massachusetts allowed dealers to give out temporary plates. All in all we like our purchase just not the extra drives and waiting to actually call the car our own.

Certainly enough power and comfort. Very roomy front and comfortable for passengers. The reviews call it sluggish and, it is not that during everyday use. I was shocked how well it drives after reading reviews. I got a great looking white 2024 RS in perfect shape with 9.000 miles on it. Much much better than expected meets ALL of my needs and, expectations.

Only gripe is no adjustable visors and side mirrors. I am short and the visors do not adjust in length. The side mirrors swing in and out but not up and down so there is interference for me. I have the seat adjusted to the max and use a cushion but still have a problem.

At my most recent visit to Imperial Toyota in Milford, Ma, Curtis Jones was my service advisor. I am a senior citizen, and I stopped in without an appointment because I had an indicator light that I was worried about. Curtis was so helpful!! He was friendly, patient, supportive and able to get my problem resolved. What a relief!

The only thing is there is a space between the seat back and the seat, if you put something small on the passenger seat it can slice and end up on the floor of the back seat.

What a positive experience from beginning to end. I never did business with ActonToyota previously. I was in the market for a used vehicle and Ron a very talented and knowledgeable sales person reached out to me and helped me identify exactly what vehicle I needed and gave me great suggestions and options. Normally the finance people are very formal and can Sometimes make the consumer, uncomfortable and anxious. It was the complete opposite with these guys. One last shout out to Jimmy and his talented team over at Acton Toyota! Jimmy came up to me and introduced himself and was as down-to-earth and friendly as one could imagine. I really felt like I knew the guy for years. The whole process was awesome and the people there made it so comfortable and easy to purchase a vehicle that I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to at least give them a try. Bought this 2016 GMC Canyon (4cyl) at car max in 2017 . It was part of a commercial fleet and was well taken care of and low mileage . I’ve only have had one problem and that was in the engine cooling system where I had to replace two hoses and a goose neck . While repairing that I noticed an oil leak around the valve cover so I replaced the gasket . It was under warranty still ( just happened in Jan 2024 ) . I could have repaired it myself but who wants to get all dirty when it can be repaired by GMC at little or no cost to me. It still has 6 months remaining on warranty ( I did purchase from CarMax) hoping it does not need any further repairs . It is 8 years old and according to its records this is the first repair other than natural repair items that had ever been needed . It rides well pulls my utility trailer fully loaded just fine . I also have a 2000 Ranger that I had to replace the tranny on when it was just a few years old . It has never needed any other work. I believe the GMC will last me for years to come . But you never know so I will be buying another after market warranty on it when the time comes . I’ve already added that to a 2015 vehicle I own who’s warranty had expired . I’m a old school mechanic I can repair olde vehicles easily ( compared to todays ) I’m also a former Turbo Prop Mechanic from the Air Force and worked those motors for almost 29 years . I had worked on Piston Air Craft Motors for a few years before the change . A lot like a car piston motor in many ways . Two kinds of piston motors on Air Craft . Line a cars block or a receptacating motor( Round) . Very easy to trouble shoot vs Turbo Prop. Just letting you know that I have experience as a mechanic and know a real problem vehicle when I see one . Would buy a GMC canyon again or maybe go larger due to my new 42 foot long Camper I have rec bought .

I love the look of this body style, unfortunately they changed they body style so next time I buy a car it won’t be the HR-V with backseat handle that make the vehicle look like a sedan.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

This is on a 2004 Sonota that has 191,000 miles. I bought it new and it has never been back to the dealership for a warranty issue. It has 2.7 v-6 and doesn’t use any oil between oil changes. This by far has been the best car I have ever owned. Good gas mileage, I’m 6’3” and has plenty of leg room. Yes I would buy another.

I absolutely love this car, its so comfortable so luxurious, such a nice smooth ride, powerful and spacious! I owned it for over a year, my only complaint, it didn't get very good gas mileage as I drove mostly around town. I averaged 24mpg around town, and about 28mpg on the highway. If it had gotten better gas mileage I would have kept it forever!

Have owned this 2019 Subaru ascent touring model for just over 2 years. Eye site feature is my fav. Car responds to changing traffic speeds automatically. great in heavy highway traffic. The Subaru service department at my dealership keeps it in tp top shape. I highly highly recommend this car. I'm sure the newer models are even better.

Great used cars with low miles..... My daughter bought a used rav4 and KEVIN was great as well as Dave. I would definitely recommend Wellesley Toyota and buy a 2 year old and let someone else pay for depretiation .....lol
