It was a great experience. The paperwork took almost no time. I drove in from out of town to pick it up so a quick transaction was critical. My sales rep Zak and Serra delivered.

Unprofessional, rude, and untruthful
I bought a used car from a private seller that needed to be towed to Serra to have a key fob programmed. The service manager stated that it would be an easy task and a flat fee. Nearly $1,000 later, the car was running and ready for pickup. The tech needed to remove the steering column to address some corroded wires. Less than 20 miles after I left the dealership, the car's electrical started on fire in the exact location the tech was working. I called and texted Serra to remedy the issue. The service manager stated it was sent to "management to address". No response from management caused me to file a claim with the BBB. Jerry from Serra tried to state the car "needed things", but aside from brakes, I am still not sure what it needed. The bottom line is that the tech misplaced, crossed, or did not cap wiring properly causing the electrical to catch fire. Here is the response from Jerry Zezulka, the executive manager at Serra: "We do not accept any liability for the decisions and actions of this customer and therefore we respectfully ask that this Case be closed immediately. Should the customer not be satisfied with this response, please note that we will no longer rebut this Case as it is a total waste and inefficient use of our time."... How is that for customer service?
Best experience I have ever had.
My experience was quick and easy, as all the paperwork was pretty much completed by the time we came to pick up the vehicle. Sean was courteous and very helpful. He took time to show me all of special details of my car. Even helping pair my phone. He did a great job!

Amazing Experience at Serra
James Scarbrough and the entire team at Serra was super. James was very knowledgeable and great about sharing information before my visit. While onsite he made the whole process super easy and relaxed. Instead of being a kind of intimidating process it was actually kind of fun and I drove off in a CPO Volvo that I felt great about. The whole experience was excellent!
Bait and switch on price. Told me to read the fine print. I bought elsewhere and now they keep calling me. Old school used car sales technique, get real it’s 2021.
Not real happy
Purchased a use car. And out of the 2 weeks of purchasing, it has been in the shop more then I’ve driven it. Just horrible that they can’t even sell a working vehicle. Never again would I go there again. Never
