After a month or so studying up on the 2019 Acura RDX I decided to make a trip to my local dealership. I was greeted by a nice gentleman, Shannon Ninan.... I knew I loved the car already but wanted to test drive it. He was very kind and knowledgeable but the best part, not pushy. He answered all my questions, showed me the bells and whistles and gave me his card for when I was ready to take the plunge. The day came when it was time. I called to set up an appointment and he got me in right away. While I knew I loved the newest RDX he wanted to make sure I knew all options available including other vehicles that came with more incentives which would have probably saved me some money. This little thing stuck out as ???hey, this guy is actually looking out for me, not just himself.??? At one point during the paperwork he asked my favorite color, guessing ???pink??? to which he was absolutely correct lol. As he was presenting the FOBs he pulled out a protective pink rubber cover for my FOB. Again, another small thing that made such a nice impression. He then had us drive to the service center behind where he introduced me to the Service Center Manager where I would be having the Zurich shield out on the following week. The dealership provided me a loaner RDX while the treatment was being done. Shannon did a follow up call to make sure I was still enjoying my car. The overall experience was none like I???d had with my previous car purchases and one I am very grateful for! I would definitely recommend Bradshaw Acura to anyone looking to purchase or lease a new vehicle!
This was my second time leasing a car from Bradshaw Acura. I worked with Steve Steele with my first lease; he was very helpful throughout the process.... When it was time to lease another car, I knew I wanted to work with Steve again. I am glad I did and love my new car!
A real professional. No high powered sales pitches. Told him what I wanted and he delivered. My wife was so impressed that she returned after a few months... and bought an Acura for herself. Acura was not my first stop in car-shopping. Nor was it my wife???s. Acura beat the others in price and it wasn???t even close.
I contacted Bradshaw Acura after my local dealer couldn't find me the car I wanted in a timely fashion. Mike had the exact car I wanted on the lot, and... gave me the price I was looking for. He spent all afternoon with me, showing me the features of the car and making sure everything was just right. I appreciated that the all-weather floor mats were included with the car, a nice bonus! I would definitely recommend Mike and the team at Bradshaw Acura.
The manner in which Ken Hucker approaches a customer is one which needs to be emulated by all sales people regardless of the product they are selling.... Ken is low key, very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the product he is presenting. He provides a customer with confidence in the product they are purchasing. The fact that my family currently has 5 Acura vehicles purchased from Ken says a lot about Ken & the product !

Amazing staff and service. Patrick, Joey and Jeff was very helpful and understanding. They listen to your needs and made recommendations base on their... experience. Never did anyone attempt to rush me just to make a sale. They presented the numbers as what it will be and broke it down to the period. Never felt so comfortable in making a huge financial decision as this! My car is amazing and everything they told me especially for someone that had to drive from Georgia with not knowing what I would have really found.
