I can’t say enough wonderful things about the exceptional service and care I always receive at Bradshaw Acura’s Service Center! Erik Sandusky and his team are wonderful and take very good care of my vehicles every time I bring them in! If there is a system issue or a concern I have, no matter how big or small (or inconsequential) they always make me feel heard and do their best to resolve the issue. After 13+ years, 6 leases, and one vehicle purchase, I can confidently say I will never go anywhere else. I am a customer and an Acura Family Member for life! A thousand “thank you(s)” to the entire staff - the ones I see and the ones I don’t. You work seamlessly and tirelessly to satisfy your customers. It’s obvious and very much appreciated! I had the distinct pleasure of working with Christine in

I had the distinct pleasure of working with Christine in purchasing a pre-owned 2021 Honda Accord LX. I had a very unique situation as the insurance had totaled my car and I was anxiously awaiting the direct deposit from them. I understood the dealership couldn't hold the car for me but Christine kept in touch with me over the next 3 days as Monday was a federal holiday and the banks were closed. Tuesday and Wednesday rolled around...no deposit. I decided to go ahead and apply for financing after talking with Christine as I felt sure the deposit would be there. I was approved! Wednesday morning came and my deposit was there! I immediately let her know. Now to find a ride. Upon arriving at Bradshaw Acura, I was greated warmly by everyone. I asked for Christine and they called for her. She was so welcoming, warm and friendly. We chatted for a few minutes and took the car for a test drive. She showed me sooooo many features. It was a bit overwhelming coming from a 2012 car. She went over the process after we returned to office and that the Finance Manager would be complete the rest of the paperwork. Yionni (sp) was a great to work with. He was friendly and easy to talk to. We finished up and Christine and I headed out to the car. Temp tag on and more features explained. Christine, in my opinion, is an excellent asset to your organization. She is not high pressure. She works with you. You does her absolute best to see you are driving away in the car you came to buy. Kudos to Bradshaw Acura for having such a dynamic individual on your sales team. Christine is one you don't want to lose.
