I have used Larson Motors service department for years and they are top notch. Recently I was searching for a used truck and they went above all to help me out. Check this awesome group of people out.
An extended olive branch!
This serves as a follow-up to the negative review I posted two days ago. Every business welcomes accolades from satisfied customers but the true test of its honesty/integrity as well as customer relations is the manner they address legitimate customer concerns.... in this instance, my battery concern. To be told that there was no problem with my battery and then be treated like an ignorant dummy for merely questioning the test results is simply unacceptable! Today, I returned a phone call from the Service Representative who had addressed this issue. He extended an olive branch by asking what he could do to resolve the matter. Apparently, his battery tester may have malfunctioned and that it was being "checked out." I declined his offer and in future will have my vehicle serviced at the Jeep dealership in Beatrice. That said, I would respectfully request the owner(s) of Larson to have this individual undergo additional schooling in the art of appropriate customer courtesy.

Purchased this truck sight unseen as a internet transaction from Adessa. She was awesome to work with. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all my questions in a timely manner. They even delivered the vehicle to my door a day later and the best part it was better than she had described. Thanks also to BJ you also were a pleasure to do business with and for delivering the truck without a scratch. I know it was a long day for you. For anyone living close I would recommend Larson Motors and Adessa to be the place to go and the person to deal with. If you purchase over the internet it is hassle free and they take very good care of you before, during and after the transaction

Very poor communications from Drew, did not callback with info. You lost a sale! I asked for 2 pieces of information and never heard back from Drew!

The people at Larson Motors were so fun. I was looking for a used car and it was by far the easiest and most professional place I have ever been. From the time I made the call to arriving at the dealership (which was very nice) they treated me like a normal person and instantly made me feel welcomed. 2 thumbs up for this group.
