    The personal at the dealership were very helpful through the hole process of acquiring a new vehicle. They showed us both the buy and leasing options.... I never thought we would lease but the deal was so good we couldn't justify buying. Our sales person was friendly, courteous, fun to talk with and didn't pressure us at all. Not at all like past situations that make you want to avoid them. We have had the vehicle for a month now and couldn't be happier. Ford fusion plug-in who ever thought we would own a plug-in. Great vehicle.

    My 2013 F350 diesel is the best new vehicle I have ever purchased. I have had zero issues, no repairs, and the sales and service folks and Formula Ford... are outstanding. Highly recommended.

    They were great. Dropped my truck off. They gave me a ride to my needed place and came and picked me up. My truck was ready when I got back.

    This is the second new, third car overall I've purchased at Formula Ford. This was the worst experience buying a car I've ever had. On the last page of... the stack of papers the FI guy announced, Oops Ford requires a further $500 that has never been mentioned up to this point. When we suggested we'd like to think about it and maybe comeback the next day, he said that a state rebate ended that day so it would cost us more to wait. As it happened the state rebate is by a number of cars sold rather then date, a month after the sale it is still available. In any case the car was not ready until 2 days after the closing. In multiple attempts (visits, email, phone calls) after the sale to speak to the salesman and/or FI guy I received no response, until I happened to include a request for information about some accessories. They were still happy to sell me more stuff but still not willing to talk out the process of the previous sale. Having been treated well in the past I saw no reason to not trust the process, but that is no longer the case. Overall, thanks to Fords efforts it was still a good deal, but I can give no credit to Formula Ford on this sale. I've recommended them in the past but I'm not sure I will in the future.
