Matt, the Service Manager, provided excellent customer service when we brought our car in for service. We had several issues of concern that he immediately... checked and fixed. He was courteous, knowledgeable and we will definitely use the Medford, BMW facility for all future repairs and maintenance.
Despite not having an appointment (dead battery), the service department quickly addressed the problem, provided an estimate and a shuttle van ride home... (12 miles). When the work was done, the service manager called, advised me of final cost (at estimate) and again provided shuttle service to return me to the dealership. Work was fully explained with apologies for delay (not consequential). Good job.
I have been coming to this store for about two years now. Bought my X5 here and have it serviced here as well. They are always knowledgeable, polite and... fast in the service department. They were very nice during the sale too. All in all, great place to do business with!
I have been to Medford BMW for service on my 05 330 XI since I purchased it new. Medford BMW always provides excellent service and often times provide... a loaner car, if one is available. It is always current model BMW. Last month I decided it was time to take care of maintainence that was overdue and had a long list of things that needed attention. Due to the holiday, weekends etc, they were going to need the car for more than a week. When I called to make the appointment I was told there were no loaners available and I was prepared to rent a car but after taking care of getting my car checked in I was I told there was a loaner available and all I had to do was drive home. All in all Medford BMW had my car for almost two weeks. As it turned out the winter weather was going to deteriorate and Medford BMW expedited the final detailing so we could make our weather window. They did a excellent job, even got all the dog hair from the interior from last summer when we had to evacuate due to fires. The car looks new and is good for many more enjoyable miles. Don Brurud
Overall, my experience couldn't have been any better. There was on small glitch in my experience, but Morgan D. made up for any issues by owning... the mistake and making it right. That is precisely how business should be conducted and all to often isn't. So, kudos to Morgan and Medford BMW.
When I arrived at Medford BMW my car display indicated that the car had 0 miles before I could not restart the engine. I had an earlier message stating... that I had incorrect engine fluid in my car. Odd message since I had never added any fluid over the last 2 months since I purchased the car from Kuni BMW in Portland. Fortunately it was CPO. Medford BMW took great care of me. Gave me a loaner car. They checked it out and had to order replacement NOX sensors. The car was done the next day ahead of schedule. I was completely satisfied and pleased to find a competent and professional dealership. Great job by the team at Medford BMW

I had my car in for a front brake job and a couple of unidentified problems. I waited to see what they could find, and after 2 hours, they came to me with... a scenario of what needed to be done. The repairs were going to take 3-4 hours. They offered to take me home and come pick me up when done which amounts toa 60 mile RT. I thought that was fabulous, and teally appreciate that service.
