    I have been coming to this store for about two years now. Bought my X5 here and have it serviced here as well. They are always knowledgeable, polite and... fast in the service department. They were very nice during the sale too. All in all, great place to do business with!

    We had the best car buying experience we have ever had. There was no pressure after the test drive. All the people we meet were very nice, they made us... feel like family. BMW of Medford knows how to treat its customers very well. It was an enjoyable experience and I have never said that about car buying before. lol

    My car buying experience was actually enjoyable...David Scheppler was outstanding, and I think that if you come into this dealer you should specifically... ask for him by name. First of all, he was super low pressure, and really listened to what I wanted. He also explored other options for other cars, both new and pre-owned, that really made me consider my options. The main thing that it made me consider, was that I REALLY wanted to give him my business (of course, if we could reach an agreement price-wise :)!) Lillian in the finance department made everything both easy to understand, and nay I say it, enjoyable. She was a serious pro, and was about making things as easy and seamless as possible. I am very, very happy with my experience with Medford BMW.

    Was very pleased with diagnosis and repair. Mechanic "John" was very helpful. Explained the problem and also explained the steering and suspension... works. Appreciated the time he took to explain this. Josh was also very helpful, kept me informed about the status of my car.
