Keeping the customer satisfied.
Ask for Dylan Roberts ( looks like Adam Goldberg ). They close at 6:30 pm and he and the Sales Manager stayed open til I got there, which was about 7:15 pm on 1-28-20. I got the vehicle I wanted and did not feel like I was being rushed.
What’s the story with peeling paint on my car? Is there a recall? Why won’t dealer stand behind the sale? I’m dissatisfied with my experience.
We got the car we'd been looking for all along.
This is the fourth car we've purchased from Superior Hyundai and we're very pleased with our new car and the service we received. Our salesman, Ross, was really great. ����. He is determined to make sure his customers leave happy. I'm glad we went to Superior Hyundai in Anniston.

Renewed my faith in dealerships!
My fiance and I had just come from a terrible experience with a Hyundai dealership in Birmingham. We were very leary to work with any dealership. Tamron Hyundai refused to honor the advertised price on a new Accent which was the exact car we needed. I sent the screen shot of the advertised price to other dealers in the state. Ross immediately got back to us and honored the rate. We already had financing and dint want to deal with all of the other dealer xxxxxxxx. When we got there they had the car and paperwork ready to go. They didn't try to upsell us and had us out the door in a matter of minutes. Great price, service, and efficiency. I would definitely recommend working with Ross. If only everyone handled business the way they did the world would be better for it. I can't speak for everyone there but Ross was awesome.
Great car shopping/buying experience.
Best car buying experience I’ve had. I felt no pressure to buy. The staff was great and seemed like they genuinely wanted to help me find the right car more than they wanted to sell one. Highly recommend.
Not Professional! Even kinda rude to a certain extent. Gave my wife the run around and made her feel unappreciated. Very unsatisfied with whole experience for her. I work all the time and had to send her. I will NOT make that mistake again!

As soon as I came to Superior Hyundai, I was greeted with a smile and a firm hand shake. Each person I talked to treated me like family. The dealers even helped each other to make sure I was happy.

Gabriel was absolutely phenomenal! This has been the best car buying experience that my husband and I have ever had. We arrived at the tent sale and we were completely finished within 2 hours.
