I have bought a few cars in my day and this was the first time I actually enjoyed it. The staff was pleasant and sincere in their efforts. They listened... well and communicated effectively. The price was already good but I figured it didn't hurt to ask for a further discount. They obliged, although very little.
my boyfriend went in and bought a 1999 lincoln navigator from these guys around the end of July in 2011. It is only the middle of october in the same year... and on the way to walnut creek today from Eureka where we live he told me it died twice. when he finally got to walnut creek he took it in and discovered it needs brakes, oil, and transmission fluid or possibly an entirely new transmission. these guys will cheat you out of your money do not go to them for a car. It has almost been 3 months and the car already is pretty much done for because he can't afford to pay for all these things that it needs done. i think Stevens Creek Pre-owned basically just tuned up the car to the point where it would run just fine for about a month and then break down. Again do not go to them for a car they will cheat you out of your money.
The entire staff were able to listen to my needs and communicated effectively. I know that sounds like no big deal but after spending my weekend at several... other dealerships I was amazed of how easy it was to do business at Stevens Creek Preowned.
