    DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!! Please read. I bought a $9,000 Subaru Tribeca off this lot on Dec. 28, 2018. On January 12, 2019 my headlight went out so in... order to get to the headlight you have to remove the battery. When we removed the battery we saw that the battery for one was expired that month January 2019 and secondly the battery was leaking a pool of acid into the metal tray that the battery sits in. I replaced the battery and figured HEY why not give them a call and see if they can do anything about this considering I just purchased this car 2 weeks ago. So I give them a call and explain the situation, I’m not sure who I spoke to but he was very understanding and told me to send him a copy of my receipt via email (which I did directly once I got off the phone) and that he would be glad to reimburse me for the battery and he would be sending it right out to me. He also suggested that I leave a good review for them, key word: SUGGESTED. Which I would have no problem doing seeing as that was extremely helpful and I appreciated them doing that gesture for me, but as we all know you generally don’t leave a review until you have received what you are leaving a review about, correct? He never once said it was a compromise, good review for the reimbursement check. So 2 months (give or take) go by and I still haven’t received the check, so I give them a call. The man I spoke to said that he wasn’t sure what was going on with that but that he would speak to the manager and get back to me the next day. Never did. So a couple weeks go by and I give them a call again to let them know I still haven’t received a check nor has anyone given me a call in regards to this issue. The man I spoke to was completely unprofessional and was rude. He told me that he spoke to the man whom I originally spoke to in the first conversation about providing me a reimbursement check and said “Since you haven’t left a good review, he didn’t send you the check. You’ll need to leave a review then we’ll send it out no problem.” As I said before this “compromise” was never stated in the first conversation and I let him know this, he said he’d get back to me the next morning. Never did. So a week or more go by and I give another call, spoke to the same rude man and he said the same thing as the previous conversation then told me he’d get back to me the next day. So here I am today and I get a call from the owner. He starts off by questioning me like I’m in a police interrogation about if the car was like that when I purchased it, well of course I didn’t pull the battery out and do a full inspection in the car lot before I purchased it, so in that case I couldn’t give him a clear answer except for the fact that I had the car for only 2 weeks and the acid already put a hole through the metal tray it was sitting on. I don’t believe that kind of damage happens in 2 weeks. Generally those things get inspected before selling it by the owners/ or whoever they bring their cars to to get inspected. He continued to go around and around in circles with that fact that “he has the cars fully inspected and a battery failing wouldn’t surpass inspection” which the battery worked fine aside from the fact it was expired and leaking acid. I tried to get him to get to the point as to why they offered to reimburse me when that clearly wasn’t their intentions. Their intentions were to have me write out a good review BEFORE they sent a check, which in all honestly I don’t believe they were even going to do that. The owner was COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, he was treating me as if I did the damage to the battery and that I was trying to get one over on them. He didn’t care at all that his employee told me that he was going to send the check and didn’t follow through with it and failed to mention that there were stipulations in regards to me receiving the check. Honestly though, who in their right mind leaves a positive review for something they haven’t received, a total scam

    I purchased a vehicle from Destination Motors, 50 miles off the lot,. the check engine light comes on, asked the the dealer what it could be, he said check... the gas cap. Took to mechanic to read the codes, fuel pump and catalytic converters going bad. Also, when it rains, huge leak on the passenger side. Asked the dealer to help with the cost of repairs since I didn't even have the vehicle half hour before problems started. Dealer said "Nope, you signed the AS IS agreement." So now I have a $20,000 dollar vehicle sitting in my driveway until I can come up $2,900 to fix it DO NOT BUY FROM DESTINATION MOTORS

    I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to the crew at Destination Motors! Long story short- I found the car that I have been looking for, (have literally... been looking for this exact car for over a year now with NO luck) on Craig's List. I responded to the post with a few questions and almost immediately the owner of the dealership responded to me and answered my questions. I set up a time later that evening to go check out and drive the car. In the meantime I submitted a credit application and by the time I arrived at the lot a few hours later the car was ready and waiting for me and my credit app was done and approved!! I took the car on a quick test drive as they took my possible trade for a quick drive. Once I got back we finished the deal and I was out of there within 45 minutes!! There was no haggling, bickering back and forth, screwing around with the numbers, NONE of that typical nonsense! The car was already listed at a fantastic price and we quickly agreed on a price for my trade in. I got fair market value and was happy! We got the paperwork done quick and I was on my way with my new car!! The crew was great and friendly!! Thanks again everyone!!!! I am beyond pleased with my AUDI and am SOOOO happy to have finally found the car that I have been trying to find for a long long time!!

    My husband and I were looking for something with extra room for the family. We’ve always bought from a larger store in the area so I was a little leery... about buying from a smaller independent store. I was sold after the test drive. It’s the exact car from the larger guys but way cheaper. We took the car to our personal mechanic and everything came back fine. The buying experience was pain free and we were out of there in no time. I’m a very happy customer!

    FORD 150 Purchase My experience. On 4/15 /2013 I was driving my newly purchased F150 from destination motors in Puyallup I had only had the truck for just... over 2 weeks I was about 2 miles from my house when the heater started to blow cold air and this caught my attention as the heater was turned up to the red and blowing hot air it just stopped blowing hot and went cold then all of a sudden my temp gauge started to climb and went into the red and the idiot light came on in the truck I pulled over immediately as I am smart enough to know not to drive a vehicle that's over heating . I stopped the truck and let it sit for 5 minutes then restarted the truck to my amazement. The heater started blowing hot and the gauge returned to normal I reached my destination without issue once there myself and my friend who is a mechanic checked the fluids and everything looked ok so we figured it was a stuck thermostat or we hoped this was the case and I made an appointment to see him in the morning with the truck at his shop to test it and find out what was going on . I proceeded to go home and about 2 miles from his house the same thing happened again and I had the same response I pulled over stopped the truck waited and restarted it and it did the same thing heater came back and temp gauge stayed at normal range for the rest of my ride home . The next day I took the car to my friends company they are mechanics and are in the business of repairing vehicles it's what they do they put my car on the gas analyzer and tested for hydrocarbons in the the coolant a sign of a blown head gasket and sure enough the readings went through the roof up to 1000 and then back to 358 AKA blown head gasket at this time I called destination motors to let them know I wasn't happy and asked them to help me out they told me I needed to take the truck to their repair facility to be looked at so I left my mechanics garage and tried to make to their repair shop the truck started to over heat again the heater went cold and the temp gauge spiked to hot. I pulled over and did the same thing waited then restarted the truck and cranked the heater on to the ac with the temp set to hot which helped keep the engine cool and was able to limp it to their shop they inspected the truck and found that yes it's a blown head gasket So it was confirmed by 2 different independent repair shops that yes the head gasket was blown To say the least this really sucked I have owned the truck for just over 2 weeks and now its not a runner at all and its going to cost me 4248 to fix it with a reman engine install it was 3600 to fix the heads on a 119 k engine so it didn't make sense to do that when you can get a whole new motor for 700 more bucks . The whole reason I bought this truck was to take my kids on a camping trip this summer and now I have had to spend the money I saved for the trip on a new motor I am very unhappy about this and I want to know who is going to tell my kids they can't go camping because daddy had to spend the trip money on a new engine .
