I had a horrible experience here at the Toyota dealership. Armando the manager he is so rude and doesn’t help customers . I wouldn’t recommend this dealership at all big mistake on buying a car here .

I recently had a bad car accident and my 2018 Kia Soul was totaled. I've always had good luck with Toyota cars and I made a phone call to Salinas Toyota. Armando, the Internet Sales Manager, recommended for me to look into the 2018 RAV4, which is currently having a year-end sale. After researching a few dealerships in the area, it appears that Salinas Toyota has the most competitive pricing. Jazmin, their Internet Sales, further identified in the system a RAV4 that matches with my requirements that will be coming in the following week. I explained to the sales team that I have incurred body injuries from my accident and can only shop via emails and phone as I can't be out at the dealership for a long time. Jazmin was able to do all the pricing and communication via emails and phone, which really helped me a lot. After finalizing pricing, I made an appointment to go in the dealership and signed a purchase contract, the entire process only took less than 30 minutes. That was such a huge improvement compared to my prior car purchase experiences at other places where I would be grilled and tortured for hours to come to an agreement on pricing. Furthermore, after my vehicle arrived, I asked for a favor for them to deliver to a local shop so that they can install in-car cameras on the new car and they did. This would save me a trip since I was still driving a rental car at the time. Armando and Jazmin are the best. I will recommend Salinas Toyota to any buyer that wants the best pricing, best service, no-frills car buying experience.

I dread buying a car due to the long process of haggling over price and then the salesman or the finance officer trying to sell me something I don?t need. I even once had a salesman keep my driver?s license. Thus I was pleasantly surprised at my experience at Salinas Toyota. I did price negotiation over the phone and was in and out in two hours. RB did not try to sell me anything I did not want or need. It was the best car buying experience I have had in 30 years. I would definitely buy another vehicle from RB.
Patrick quickly discerned the noise as a leaking water pump. He repaired the cracked belt and replaced the pump. Don, the service manager, was efficient and gave me a good price. The dealer in Gilroy gave me a much larger estimate.
