Winner Subaru great buying experience

We ordered a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek from Winner Subaru and received very friendly service from start to finish. The order was made via email, they verified the order and ordered exactly as we requested. When the car was delivered we were notified promptly, set up a delivery appt, and everything was done in less than an hour. They did NOT try to sell us anything we didn't want or ask "why" we didn't want any extras. Sales manager Donavan, Frank, and Tiyanna all contributed to a pleasant buying experience.

Winner Subaru great buying experience

Winner Subaru, Dover,Delaware

The dealer was unable to fulfill my request to have emails sent to MY account and stated WE ?opted? out, but THAT term was NEVER mentioned or requested by US!!!! Any communication was usually initiated by us, and IF there was a response, it was not in a timely manner. My ONLY conversation with the manager was NEVER followed up with an update. Very unprofessional dealership!

Ken , the sales guy

We purchased two cars last week, one for us and one for our daughter. Ken was the salesperson. What a nice guy. Not only he knows what he is doing, but he is also kind, polite, and devoted to his job. It was a pleasure working with him; I would recommend asking for KEN when you are at Winner Subaru of Dover.
