I was interested in a 2007 Maserati Quattraporte

I was interested in a 2007 Maserati Quattraporte Executive GT in blue that had been on their lot for over 300 days and was priced on the low end of dealership retail making it a possibly desirable acquisition provided we could get through the buying process. I did not haggle on the price or request any repairs as we never got that far. 1st call: I am interested, need a few more pictures and permission for a Maserati expert to put the car on the lift for a PPI. Was told not sure we can allow a 3rd party to use the lift will take the pictures and call you with the answer. (no follow up) 2nd call spoke to Daphne, explained 1st call, she got approval for the inspection and said she'd get me the pictures.... (door card has grey stains wanted to confirm no mold).... no follow up 3rd call Spoke to Daphne reviewed prior call she blamed sales for not following up. 4th call Spoke to a fellow reviewed prior calls advised I wanted the and pictures I'd requested so I could determine if I should pull the trigger on the PPI but I wanted to ensure the car was not moldy etc... No follow up.... I can only assume the communications issue with multiple people was related to possible mold and to complete the sale I was going to have a Maserati expert perform a conditional PPI (Pre Purchase Inspection) as I am out of state. I do not know.... they were polite but they did not deem my interest worth pursuing They explained the reason the car was on the lot for so long is no one will loan money for a 2007.... I advised I was playing cash am failure with the models issues and even knew the car would need a sticky remediation which might be scaring people off that dont know this is a pervasive issue not specific to one car and is a known Maserati problem. .... no follow up.... I flew to CA to buy an identical spec car for more money because this dealership for some reason just could not follow up. This was not a case of sitting by the phone an demanding answers quickly there as about a week or more between each phone call...

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership, they scam

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership, they scam people. My husband and I purchased his 2008 GMC Sierra that had 65000 miles on it from them, and the engine went out in 6 days. Lou Othman here claimed to be the manager and never offered to reimburse us for repairs or purchase the vehicle back. He gave us the run around and didn't attempt to make it right at all. Meanwhile he blaimed it on the warranty company and never accepted any fault in selling us a lemon. This place scams people and if you read their reviews, it's pretty obvious.

No good.

No good. I will not do business with them again---ever. Purchased a Mercedes G550 from them, and the experience left so much to be desired. First of all, they drew up the paperwork on the wrong vehicle. They had to take the time to correct that. Then they told me they were going to offer me $35,000 for my trade in, but then later on told me they were only going to give me $30,000 on it because there was over $8,000 of work to be done on the vehicle. I should have walked away at that point, but I still wanted the low mileage Mercedes. After I bought the vehicle, it had the ignition coil go out on me and it took over a week to get the replacement part in. Then I was charged $754 for the part and installation. Prior to purchase, they disclosed damage and scratches on the roof that they were having fixed. When I went in to purchase and take delivery, the salesman (DJ) said it was minor and it had been fixed and was ready to go. I took his word for it (and he didn't offer to show me. That was stupid and bad on my part. After I got home, I looked at the roof and the scratches were painted over with touch up paint and there were two noticeable dents on the roof top---like the previous owner had a roof rack on it (there was no roof rack on it when I bought it) and probably tried to to park it in a garage with low clearance and damaged the roof. Good luck trying to contact them---they are not answering their phone lines. I've left a message and no call back. Then when I took the vehicle to the automatic car wash, pair on the roof "rain gutter" washed off, and there's now spots of bare metal showing. I could go on, but I won't. Don't expect service or courtesy with these folks. AVOID at all costs. I should have and regret it.

I have been looking for a car for some time now and came across this dealership. Rebekah, the title clerk assisted me promptly and was extremely nice. I was completely impressed with her professionalism and customer service. I recommend this place and make sure to ask for Rebekah!

0 stars is unfortunately not an available option! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sold us a vehicle that we found out needs as much work as we paid for it. They said they would "work with us", but constantly gave us the run around. When we took it to our own mechanic all of the issues have been existent prior to us purchasing the car - Dallas Auto's Direct is refusing to rectify the situation and make it right. Shame on me for not reading these reviews first. It appears it is a common theme for this dealership to scam their customers. I have pictures and recordings of their lies. BUYER BEWARE

Trae and Fernando worked with me to find the best car for

Trae and Fernando worked with me to find the best car for my needs when I had reservations about the BMW I initially came in to buy. Even though I'd signed paperwork for it, when I came back still uncertain on that car, they showed me a different car that wasn't on my radar but had more of what I need. They had no problem changing me to a newer car. And Alex was able to find me financing that matched the rates at my credit union without all the hassle! Great people to work with who really care about their customer's needs.
