I had a great experience with Cadillac. At the Sterling McCall Cadillac, Gonzalo Martinez was my service advisor and he was very accommodating. I got... a loaner car and the work was done within two days. The waiting room there is very comfortable and the nourishments were a great treat. I will definitely go back in the future if needed.

I have already recommended to a colleague. My sales contact was the credit union representative and he provided me a cost for the car I wanted which was... significantly lower than the other dealership (that I almost bought from). He was VERY nice, very informative, tried to make me comfortable (kind of a long wait for titling - you need more magazines for people who are waiting!!). Went through the car features, helped us sync phones, reviewed the CUE features, etc. Overall, a very positive experience.

Took my car in for repairs the rear view camera they replaced is worst then the one they took off. I got my car back dirty inside and out. The floorboard... on driver side feels sunk in now. Not a good experience

This is the worst experience of dealing with Auto Dealership. They do not honor or comply with the rules of Ethics, for vehicle Recalls be very mindful.... Please let them show you exactly what they intended working on in your vehicle before you relinquish trust. They worked on my vehicle on an unintended key rotation on my Cadillac CTS 2007. They took the car back to back-shop and returned my car back after an hour's wait. As soon as I got home I could not retrieve my key out of the Ignition. I returned car several times to dealership shop David Taylors Cadillac dealership

The facilities and staff are minimal. Every time I visit it reminds me of a Happy Hour without the liquor. Service Specialist are there to make a paycheck... and are not worried at all about the customers or the company.
