THANK YOU JESSY!!!

Jessy was very helpful and patient when it came to understanding the service on my vehicle. My transmission was giving me a hard time and I had to leave it in the shop for almost 2 weeks but it was worth it. I received updates when I asked for them. Jessy was very cordial and speedy when it came to explaining the process and returning my vehicle upon completion.

Best customer service ever!!

The cleanliness and the great customer ever. Always greeted outside with a smile and valet service for auto care. Snacks and refreshments in the lobby as you wait. Text messages to your phone from the mechanics all the way.

Stopped in on a Saturday to look at Used Cars. By Monday afternoon Miguel Penaloza sold us a 2020 Demo that met our required budget. No games. Very friendly. Personally delivered the car to my home that evening. I expect a long and valued relationship with Sterling McCall Cadillac!

Oil change

Even though we had an appointment, took 3 hours just for an oil change. Also wanted to charge more even though I booked the price straight thru the website at a lower price.

Sterling McCall service

Excellent experience at Sterling McCall today. Just an oil change today but my Service Advisor, Brande was Excellent, very professional and delivered completed vehicle back ahead of estimated time even including having it totaling cleaned inside and out. Very pleased!

ABS lite came on at start, in shop for same in jul

ABS lite comes on won’t go into gear same problem. Takes 3-5 try’s before you can go. They said they replaced batt in July. This time said could not duplicate. Have doubts about next question
