I went to test drive a vehicle and first of all they don't know what they are selling. I get there and no one is around to assist me, so I had to walk... over to someone and tell them if they can help me. After they showed up they pulled the car and we test drove it and I asked the guy questions about the car and he knew nothing about the car, he just agreed to what I said. After we talked numbers they didn't even want to negotiate the price They were firm not even $5 off, and the vehicle has been sitting there for a couple months. Then after I find out that the vehicle was in an accident and they didn't even disclosed that to me, I had to find out for myself. I wont be buying from this dealer.

My experience was great. I went in and purchased a Mercedes E63, I was skeptical about the price considering it was the cheapest in then whole state, at... first I thought it was salvage and didn't believe what they told me over the phone, then I decided to drive down from west Hollywood with traffic and when I arrived I was amazed how beautiful there location was and immediately I felt comfortable doing business and moving forward. Then I was approached by a young man named Eddie and was shocked because for one he was very young and he was able to answer all my questions and doubts I had, he was also very patient and not moody when I decided to take about 2 hours inspecting the vehicle. They later told me that there was a client coming in from San Diego with cash to buy the same vehicle I was considering buying also, at first I was worried because I didn't go to my credit union to get approved and didn't think they had low interest rates lol I was wrong again they were able to give me a 2.99% with only 10% down payment. Folks these people are the real deal great experience all around two thumbs up. Thanks La Auto Exchange for changing my view on used car lots.
Do yourself a favor and purchase a certified used car from a dealership. These people will rip you off and sell you a piece of crap. I purchased a vehicle... 4 months ago and now I’m stuck with thousands of dollars of repairs and Toyota’s warranty nor the Extended Warranty Company will repair the car which should have been deemed a total loss. Don’t waste your time. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from these people nor will I refer anyone to them. Now I’m stuck with an unsafe and inoperable car.
Dealer is unethical. There were many hidden accessory add-on costs that they would not mention to you. One rear door can’t be open from inside. They made... you sign papers wo disclosing car damages from an accident, so make sure to read before signing. Overall bad experience.
Found a car online that appeared interesting so I contacted Andrew and, after several messages and a phone call arranged for a test drive appointment... on Saturday morning at ten. It's over a 50 mile drive to the dealership for me, so my timing was a bit off. I arrived 40 minutes early to find the salesman was not there. Not really a problem since I was early but when I asked to see the car while I waited the salesman behind the counter brusquely said it was not at the dealership and would not be available to see until Tuesday. You think Andrew might have mentioned that before, or perhaps when we scheduled the test drive? Total waste of my time! An obvious attempt to drag me to the dealership to try and sell me another car. Very shady bunch.
Sad to see others have a bad experience. But mine was good. The car was well priced and the process was relatively fast and easy.
This dealer is out to get you...very dishonest, charges extra and unnecessary fees, bait and switch tactics, mandates LoJack, never disclose whats wrong... with the car until the very last moment. steer away from this dealer
Unfortunately, I bought a car from this dealership. I had not experienced what many other reviewers had noticed-bad customer service-the day before. I... had to buy the car, but come back the next day to get it because I was in a rental. When I picked up the vehicle, the tires had been changed AND both rims, front and back, on the PASSENGER side had “curb burns”. In essence, they were ruined. I want to say that I had not noticed that before, but the damage was so bad, that it would not have been missed. When I notified the guy who was in charge at the time, he said his name was “Albert”, he said that his rim guy could fix it and to talk to Jr. (the guy who had sold me the car), who was not in at the time. At that point, he walked away and I was summarily dismissed. THIS WAS THE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT THE OTHER REVIEWERS WERE COMPLAINING ABOUT! Everything is fine until a problem arises, then they dismiss your concerns. I deeply regret having purchased a vehicle from this place.
I went in to get a car because of the online price. I got there, test drove the car, etc. AFTER purchasing the car, I learn that the online price is a... CASH price. A purchaser cannot get the online price if they need financing. I would not have gone in if I had known that. However, I like the car that I paid for. I would recommend them, but I would let people know about the price thing up front.
