    I’d give 0 if I could. Spoke to salesman and asked to hold a used Honda for us to look at. Drove 60 miles to see, only to be told there would be a “recon... fee” added to price of vehicle- which increased price of car by about 1/3. This after being told there would be no “recon fee”, before we left our side of town. This is exactly why dealerships have the stereotypical labels they have. Crazy part is we were ready to pay full internet ask in cash. These guys are a joke. Don’t waste your time.

    I worked with Mike Shultz and Marshall Brady and couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. Granted - I'd worked out the deal I wanted before... I arrived - but there was no drama, everyone we worked with was pleasant and the facility is very nice. We ended up feeling as though we got a good deal and the pain of buying a car was kept to a minimum. Would definitely visit them again.

    I highly recommend Surprise Honda. I had been car shopping for a few months, but Surprise Honda is the only dealership who impressed me. Every single... person I met at their dealership was super friendly and helpful! They didn’t waste my time looking at cars i had no interest in. They really listen. They showed me the exact car i wanted with all of my “must haves.” The facility is gorgeous. I’m looking forward to my service appointments and the Starbucks coffee!

    My salesman Ladaryl, made the experience easy and quick. I never felt pushed into a purchase and Ladaryl took the time to make sure I understood how to... use my new Accord. Got great coffee and donuts too! I highly recommend Surprise Honda, by far my best car buying experience.

    I usually dread car shopping, but my salesman Brandon, made the experience easy and quick. I never felt pushed into a purchase and Brandon took the time... to make sure I understood how to use my new Pilot and it’s technology to fit my lifestyle. I highly recommend Surprise Honda, by far my best car buying experience.

    This place is a joke. GM is a xxxxxxx. Had to threaten legal action just to get my money back. Then he said he didn't need my money. If he doesn't... need my money then why is it so hard to get my money returned to me? I bought a car in December and couldn't even get someone to tell me the price until the finance guy had the paperwork ready. Luckily I didn't fall for that little trick. Went back last month to buy a car for my wife. These idiots ran my credit 21 times!!!! I never approved that. They were running it to try and get me approved to buy, when I wanted to Lease. I made it so clear that I wanted to lease. When I returned the van they said it was fine. A week later and I still don't have my money and they say the van was destroyed, filthy, and needed a new windshield. Knowing we were leasing the van we put blankets down on the seats and floors. How was the van trashed? Stay away. The GM is a xxxxxxx and his entire crew is the same way.

    Honda owner responded that they offered to repair at a discounted price, lying must be part of their vocabulary, not once did they offer to fix the car... at any price , just cause your service advisor maybe told you that , but it never happened

    We understand your frustration, but unfortunately, tires and brakes are not able to be replaced under warranty. They are wear and tear items that the ...customer is responsible for replacing.
