I have 2 Subaru Outback 2018.. I brought one to service, and I waited from 11.00 am till 4.30 pm. They should have offered me a loaner. I had to spend... over $ 1,000.00. for the repairs.

Had an awful time when purchasing A lot of miss information on the contact Over $2500 in errors that they had to fix. If I had not reviewed my contact... they would have nailed me with that over charge. NO TRANSPARENT AT ALL. SPECIALLY THE FINANCIAL GUY.

Terrible experience not proper service done to my car that was taken in for a recall on a airbag sensor , and in the process they messed up the transmission... ?a very disappointing experience to top it off had the courtesy to ask us to pay the repairs they created! And kept over one month the car in the shop, refused to fix it till last week when they were advised we will call the news on them!! Sad but true ! Almost killed myself and my son wjen we pulled out of the dealership to cross unto the main 3 lane street car stoped completely in the middle horizontally got so close to being pushed around by the other cars!! This is wrong and not fair !!! ???

First off, I scheduled an appointment for my first service and to get my car tinted. A day before, they text me to confirm my appointment (11am) but they... have me for a different time (2pm). I call them back and the receptionist makes it sound like they?re doing me a favor to ?reschedule? my appointment to 11. When I arrive for my appointment (5 mins early), they say go to the tint person first. So I get back in my car and go to get tint done. Only to find that the tint person doesn?t have me down (because the dealer never scheduled me!) So I couldn?t get my tint done that day! Then I go back to get my car serviced and I have to wait over 10 minutes while the workers at the desk ignore me so they can talk to their friends who stopped by. The appointment itself was fine...until I get back in my car and find BLACK GREASE STAINS ON MY TAN INTERIOR, driver?s side door. My car is only 6 months old and I try to avoid getting any stains on it, only to get a permanent ?gift? from the dealer. I would recommend finding a different Subaru dealer for service. This is where I bought my car and that experience lacked also.

The staff at Lehman Subaru have all been very attentive and professional, from the Sales Person whom I purchased the car, to the Service Center, wether... as follow-ups, getting information, bringing the car for check-ups, and now for a collision repair at Lehman Auto World; everyone has been great!

This car has never gave me an issue. I've only needed to take my car in for routine maintenance and use road side assistance, for incidents such as a flat... tire or running out of gas. Amazing services - quick and effective, just like the process of leasing the car.
