Deceptive Advertising of Pricing

The advertised price but it’s not the real price. They listed it lower and then add a $2000 charge in addition to taxes, fees, etc...$2000 additional just for the advertising which means a good deal it’s not really a good deal. It is a deceptive tactic. So a $14000 vehicle is really starting at $16000 plus fees. Very manipulative and deceptive.

worst dealer

Don't waste your time with this dealer the are the worst I call for a car that they had made me drive 1 1/2 to there dealer to tell me they just sold the car to some one else just 1/2 hour before i got there these people are a joke I called the day before to confirm that the car was available and had made the appointment to go see it I guess they don't give a xxxx about customer service if I knew they had so many bad reviews I would have never gone there.

I initially had a good experience when I got my 2020 Kia....

I initially had a good experience when I got my 2020 Kia. Prior to turning in my lease I had my car buffed out of any scratches. I called Kia prior to turning in my lease to ask if I needed to put new tires on, sales person James lee told me no there is no need. When I received the report from Kia finance my whole back left bumper is scratched and dented and I’m being charged $200 a tire. I went into the dealership for some help and James Lee blatantly lied and Steve the sales manager was rude and unhelpful. I will be fighting this. Steve never offered me a final inspection when he took control of my car. He stated to me that there was nothing wrong with my car no damage that’s why I got no report.. From what I understand now I was entitled to an inspection report Tey are sneaky and underhanded.... DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP
