I turned in my 2015 Optima to this dealership in July 2018 and leased a 2018 Optima the deal they made with me was they would payoff the remaining monies... due on the 2015 lease which was only $170.35, it is now August 28th and they have NOT paid it, so Kia Motors Finance is now coming after me. When I call the dealership they hang up on me, they don't answer my emails. DO NOT ENTER INTO A DEAL WITH THEM. I

Miss Anzalone was a breath of fresh air when compared to some salespeople I have dealt with in the past , full of life and very , very patient . Aside... from being knowledgeable , she was not in the least bit pushy when told that I was still looking at other small SUVs besides the Sportage and had no interest in the Niro . At 63 , it's nice being treated like an adult ! She readily asked for assistance from Mr. Wozniak with the one question she wasn't sure of , instead of keeping me guessing , and the two of them worked beautifully together answering my questions about how hybrids worked . ( I already posted a review of the dealership when rating Jesse Wozniak )

Having recently bought a house that has altered my commute each way from 15 minutes to an hour, I decided to trade in my car for one with better fuel economy.... After some research I narrowed my selections to gas-electric hybrids, and decided that a Kia Niro best met my criteria for functionality and aesthetic, pending a test drive. I chose South Shore Kia in Copiague based on a combination of proximity and reviews. Salesman Stuart Seidenberg spent nearly three hours with me and was knowledgeable and good natured and uniformly patient and attentive without being aggressive. Andrew, the manager, and Mike, who handled financing, were also congenial and helpful in expediting the process. I feel confident that I have gotten a fair deal on a car that is right for me. I am appreciative of the entire experience as satisfying personally as it was professionally, and recommend South Shore Kia and Stuart.

After asking my husband to help find a new car we left home with few places to go to in mind, first stop was South Shore KIA in copiague NY, I was looking... for a nice well maintained used Hyundai Elantra. My husband and I were looking in the yard when we were greeted by sales person Albert Salib and I can't say enough, what a great experience, outstanding customer service we connected immediately, He was friendly, knowledgeable and humble. Was welcomed by Billy Mulvey and explained we were interested in a new Sportage. Billy showed us the car and the options. He was very friendly and knowledgeable... about the product. No high pressure. He is the prime reason we dealt with this dealer.I would surely recommend Billy and this dealership. After agreeing to the purchase, Mike had us sign the necessary papers. After visiting a few dealers and getting the run around, I was apprehensive about coming into South Shore Kia. Soon as I walked in I was greated by Billy... from sales and my time with him wasn???t rushed or pressured, he completely understood my financial situation and worked with me to the best of his ability. After negotiating with him, I was able to get a great price for my trade-in (2006 Kia Sportage) and drive out with a 2018 Sorento that same day.
